Staff was kind and helpful. We called ahead to ask if they had an RV part we needed and they had it ready for us when we arrived. Sites were small and RV's parked very close together, but could still capture views of the gorgeous Rockies.

Overall OK facility. Clean bathrooms but showers are low pressure. WiFi may not connect if you pitch your own tent to a site that's little far, for me it didn't work. There was some trash lying around at my tent site when I arrived. My site's parking spot was also blocked with a cone. The person who drives the gator who picks up the cones doesn't bother much. Other campers were good, no issues.

We stayed in the Delux Cabins for our 3rd year now, and as always the cabins are very clean and well kept. The Campground care takers take obvious pride in this particular camp site, by providing plenty of events for kids, an ice cream social, in the evenings, and a pancake breakfast in the mornings for a small fee. We love this camp site and the cabins and will be staying here for many more yrs.

We had a great time at this beautiful campground. The Staff was very friendly and we loved the pancake breakfast. Being close to the lake gave us a great opportunity to enjoy all the activities at the Marina. We loved riding our bikes around the lake, the views were amazing and the Elk on the golf course was a special treat. Thanks KOA we loved our stay!!

Other than having a view of the back of the dam in Estes, it was very good. We did go hiking behind the camp area. There was a fence with an open gate and no sign. After hiking a while, 2 people on horses got quite upset saying we were on private land saying "There are signs everywhere!". There was no sign, and the gate was open. Both of these should be corrected to alleviate future problems. :)

The fire ban regulations were being totally ignored and not enforced by staff despite a giant plume of smoke over town, social distancing was not happening and we were surprised to see KOA planning events with lots of people without masks… Karaoke… Train rides… Ice cream socials… , and a mouse kept getting in our cabin and kept us up at night. No response from management so far on the conc

A lovely, clean park. The owners have tried to anticipate every need. Much appreciated things like recycling center were a nice surprise. Would be nice to have a pool. We loved the park! Would definitely stay again.

The staff at the Estes Park KOA are outstanding hosts. They are friendly, helpful and really keep the park in tip-top shape. You also can't beat the scenery from the vantage point of the park. The views of the Rocky Mountains are spectacular.

we stayed 5 nights while exploring rock mountain national park. The Koa was excellent with rv sites and many cabins. The staff were friendly and went out of there way to make us comfortable. The location could not be more beutiful and the town of Estes park is right out of the 1800's

I loved the location, loved how the bathrooms were very clean, campground was clean. Really great location near Rocky Mountain National Park. Only thing I'd work on was the critters. I had a chipmunk dig into my car from the engine compartment and eat a protein bar in my cup holder. Crazy!

I absolutely loved this stay. They were very accommodating. I love the cabin. The futon I slept on was very comfortable. The bed was amazing for the others. I slept like a baby. Thank you. We definitely will be back. I love the privacy of the trees covering our back area when we cooked out. Great place. My dog loved the little dog park.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The cabin was very clean and i loved the porch we had. Restrooms were clean. My only complaint is that it was pretty noisy for 2 of the 4 nights we were there. We had kids making lots of noise until 2am on one night and bikers next door who were very loud another. But this is something difficult for you to control, so somewhat understandable.

We had a great stay at this KOA. A great campground for those wanting to visit the Rookie Mountains. The camp ground is a little tight for parking and leaving with long trailers or RV's. But a beautiful campground with very nice staff.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was clean and roomy. We had family from Oregon meet us at KOA. It was great to be able to sit out on the porch/patio and play games. There was a fire ban, so we were not able to use the fire pit. The cabin is equipped with the essentials, even coffee. Bring your own food.

My family and I had a good stay at the Estes park KOA. It was clean and the staff were all very friendly. Just a few minor things to consider. The tent sites are very close together. You will be packed like sardines. The location is pretty close to a main road so there can be some noise from the road.

Staff attitude was different the last 2 times.Overall unfriendly and we have been coming to your campground for years.Normally we have had great experience s. Bears throughout the campground. The reaction from staff regarding bears was unacceptable. Staff said don't report because they will be shot. Kids all over playground when bear came by. Will you wait until someone gets hurt?

Greg the owner was AWESOME and FANTASTIC. Great service, polite, caring and awesome with the kids. Good location for convenience, but the sites are packed on top of one another to the extent we couldn't put our awning out. We had campers so tight on both sides that I could almost touch both campers on the passenger side and with slide outs on the driver's side we could touch the RV next to us.

Possibly the BEST KOA that we've ever stayed in! It's extremely clean and well kept, the staff was terrific, and the owner is amazing, Best family oriented KOA we've ever stayed in! Came for a night, stayed for three, and left wishing that they had more available days so that we didn't have to leave! Ice cream socials, kids events, get togethers!!! Can't say enough!

My service dog Valor and I stayed here not one, but 3 nights. It was supposed to be just the first night, but all the boondocking sites were full From the time you walk through the office door you are greeted with a smile from a staff that wants nothing except the best for you on your trip The staff can tell you where to eat and where not too. They are very friendly every time they drive by seeing if anyone needs help The bathrooms are clean from the toilet to the showers and I never had to wait to use one Finally, this is one of the best parks I have stayed in and that is mainly because of the staff first and accommodations second. So do not hesitate staying here and this is only 10 minutes from the entrance f Rocky Mountian National Park Greg
