Sites are far too narrow to accommodate units with slide outs. Our first night there was travel trailer next to us with a slide out and we only had about 3' clearance the last two nights our neighbor didn't have a slide out and was better. The outdoor terrace is very crammed also. The "pull through" sites aren't really pull through because they are also very close and the outdoor area is the road.

Staff was very accommodating. Sparky was so nice and very helpful. We were comfortable and appreciated the location for visiting the town and lake. It was very nice to have the free shuttle stop right at the driveway. The facilities were very clean and well maintained.

Spots were incredibly small. Hard to maneuver in the campground. Some staff was rude. Others were nice. But rude staff definitely was the no go for me. Showers were very clean.

The campground was convenient to the town, across from the walking trail around the lake and had a town shuttle which was free to go to town and other businesses in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Ally and Henri! when we had questions and needs. It is clean. The sites are close together but the area was clean . Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely beautiful scenery and people that work here. Clean and affordable sites. At the end of our 10 day trip around the southwest, this RV park was the best. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Thanks again!

Unique campground.. very small spaces but run extremely well. Very nice staff infact they are awesome. Extremely clean. Great area and great stay. Love that the welcome you by name, serve breakfast daily, and have a well stocked store with reasonable prices.

Overall OK, but very tight sites. Even for our C-class 22-24 ft Motorhome. Restrooms and showers clean. Wifi decent. Fairly expensive though.

It was good. It felt like rv camping living in “tight quarters”. But it meet most of my needs. A dump station at my site would have been more helpful. We could walk to dinner, which felt great to stretch my legs.

The park is very tight - size-wise. Full hook ups are very close to other picnic tables. It is very convenient to downtown. There is a shuttle that comes by 2x an hour. And the owners and staff are great. Very engaging, very helpful. Fun things for kids and social spots for adults.

The grounds were extremely well kept and the views of the surrounding area and proximity to the park - yikes. My wife and I had site 41 and I think it was the best one in the park. I could see people’s frustration with being cramped together and the middle row is sort of cramped but it seemed the sites with terraces had plenty of space. I absolutely would come back.

The restrooms were very clean, liked the additional individual showers with toilet and sink. Really close quarters so you felt on top of each other, however there are nice trees. It is a great location within Estes Park. Could cross the street to walk around the lake.

We loved the location and the people were incredibly friendly and helpful. The park was clean and well kept. Our only disappointment was the shower. It was clean but the controls and head were not very good.

We stayed 2 nights, everything was clean, dog park was nearby, had a gas fire pit for roasting marshmallows, staff very friendly. Everything was perfect.

shared site 5 and six. We were very cramped and the noise from the highway was extremely loud at all times of day and night. People were very friendly

We enjoyed our stay at Estes Park. We had a beautiful view site except for the smoky haze due to western wildfires making it impossible to see the beauty of the mountains, except for one day. Our friends had a bear ransack their ice chest! Guess we’ll just have to go back �

This is the best place in the world! We have been going here for about five years now, and will continue to go every summer for as long as we are able. The people are friendly and love what they do. The facilities keep improving and are well kept and clean. Everybody agrees with me, because it gets harder and harder to book a spot-even a year in advance! BEST PLACE EVER!!!!

Always a great time at the Estes Park KOA. Always helpful, always friendly, always clean and well managed. Every time we go there, they are making little improvements to enhance our stay. And all those little things add up to our favorite place to go.

I would hesitate to “very likely” recommend the park because the spaces are tight and there’s not enough parking. However I’m rating the park with a 4 of 5 because it’s very clean and well kept and the staff was exceptional; especially appreciated Henry. We had a problem with our vehicle and they were very accommodating to find us a space to move our travel trailer to post reservation.

Spots were tight, but terrace was nicely appointed. Breakfast was yummy. And the evening train was great for kids (and adults!) Definitely geared towards younger kids, but had a few activities for older kids like basketball and tetherball. Good location for activities and restaurants.

Great location and the best staff. My wife and I have stayed at a few KOA's over the years and the Estes Park by far has the best staff!!

The staff was great to work with. The campground itself was a bad experience and could be designed better. There is inadequate parking and does not allow you to park next to your unit. People that have disabilities or suffering from health issues have a difficult time maneuvering thru the park. The design of the park is to try to cram as many/ RV's into one spot as possible. Totally unacceptable.

Possibly the BEST KOA that we've ever stayed in! It's extremely clean and well kept, the staff was terrific, and the owner is amazing, Best family oriented KOA we've ever stayed in! Came for a night, stayed for three, and left wishing that they had more available days so that we didn't have to leave! Ice cream socials, kids events, get togethers!!! Can't say enough!

My service dog Valor and I stayed here not one, but 3 nights. It was supposed to be just the first night, but all the boondocking sites were full From the time you walk through the office door you are greeted with a smile from a staff that wants nothing except the best for you on your trip The staff can tell you where to eat and where not too. They are very friendly every time they drive by seeing if anyone needs help The bathrooms are clean from the toilet to the showers and I never had to wait to use one Finally, this is one of the best parks I have stayed in and that is mainly because of the staff first and accommodations second. So do not hesitate staying here and this is only 10 minutes from the entrance f Rocky Mountian National Park Greg
