The campgrounds were just too tight. Feels like you were camping right on top of each other and hard to find any parking if you came in late. The sites are small where you couldn't even open your awning completely. I did like the welcome board where they wrote down your name on the day of your arrival. Locations to Estes Park shopping and dining is a plus but the campground itself is too tight.

Bumper to bumper with neighbors. No room to set up anything. My campsite was 3 foot off the gravel road. Would like a credit or refund. Family and I ONLY slept there. Had to park away from my camper. Wasnt what my online reservation spot looked like either.

Very small rv spaces. But wifi best I've seen at any KOA. Hosts were excellent. Good location.

Fantastic hardworking staff and very nice facilities! Owner serves up pancakes and sausage on the terrace. Sites are smaller and website eludes to this so bigger rigs and trailers will have a tough go. We had a 24’ motorhome and towed a car on a dolly. So we disconnected and stored dolly and parked car in lot on side of campgrounds. Easy enough. Would recommend and will definitely return!

Won’t camp there again,staff/facilities were fine, but you get crammed into your sites like a can of sardines, after that , most campers have to park in an overflow area about 75 yards away, not comfortable stay at all ! Cabins looked fine, though

I think the reason the help was so great is because Greg and his wife ( the Owners) know how to pick good people. The hired people had nothing but GOOD Things to say about the owners. Greg and his wife rolled up their sleeves and pitched right in with the work. Greg made his family breakfast which was great and drove the train around which the young people enjoyed. Everyone was friendly and helped

This is one of our favorite places to go. The grounds are terrific, they take care of the campers, host fun activities for kids and adults, and always put the visitors first. It doesn't get any better.

Friendly staff. Exceptionally clean bathhouse. Great use of limited space in the park. Sites are a little close but we had a beautiful small deck behind the site with a picnic table so we felt like we had some privacy We stayed on a Saturday and the staff had a full schedule of activities for kids and adults. Pancake breakfast was nice. One of the best KOA’s we’ve stayed in.

The (woman)? We’re rude not people friendly the gentleman was very nice that helped us. This KOA is to small and it tries to crowd way to many rv’s in small crowded spots. Spaces are very close which makes visit to this Koa not pleasant and at $80:00 per night way overpriced.

Great location close to town and very friendly hosts. The only concern is the location next to the odorous horse stables and the cramped parking and spaces. Really should have half the RV spots or twice the space. Lacking the outdoor mountain experience we were looking for but much better location than Jellystone that is so much further out of town.

Nice place. Staff is friendly and willing to assist when needed. The facilities are excellent. Pretty pricey, but not unusual in a high travel location.

The people at this KOA are very friendly and did a great job. This KOA is VERY tight. Sites are way too close together and getting in and out is difficult. We were not allowed to keep our truck by our trailer (had to park in away from the site) but the guy next to us was allowed to have his truck on his site?

I can’t believe how small and crammed in the sites are, Must not be any local safety/fire regulations, because I don’t see how you would get out in a hurry. Close proximity to RMNP, but that’s all I can say positive about this KOA.

We really enjoyed our stay. A really beautiful spot. The spots are pretty close to each other but the staff was so helpful that it was fine. They helped guide us in and out and even stored our tow trailer away from our site. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a 31 ft motor home.

We didn’t like the chat gravel especially after a rain… it packed in shoes and dog fur and tracked into the camper. And after rains, the water pooled everywhere. Also the dog walk needed some grass, mainly dirt and pine needles. Really nice and friendly staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wasn’t at the campground much. Mostly just used as a sleeping spot for our camper.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Campground was clean and in a great location. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Estes and bringing along a smaller camping unit.

Possibly the BEST KOA that we've ever stayed in! It's extremely clean and well kept, the staff was terrific, and the owner is amazing, Best family oriented KOA we've ever stayed in! Came for a night, stayed for three, and left wishing that they had more available days so that we didn't have to leave! Ice cream socials, kids events, get togethers!!! Can't say enough!

My service dog Valor and I stayed here not one, but 3 nights. It was supposed to be just the first night, but all the boondocking sites were full From the time you walk through the office door you are greeted with a smile from a staff that wants nothing except the best for you on your trip The staff can tell you where to eat and where not too. They are very friendly every time they drive by seeing if anyone needs help The bathrooms are clean from the toilet to the showers and I never had to wait to use one Finally, this is one of the best parks I have stayed in and that is mainly because of the staff first and accommodations second. So do not hesitate staying here and this is only 10 minutes from the entrance f Rocky Mountian National Park Greg
