The park was peaceful & fun at the same time. Facilities were clean and more than sufficient. Warm welcomes by the helpful staff. Good proximity to attractions.

We absolutely loved our stay at the KOA in Estes Park! We have two small boys who so enjoyed the park area, being super close to the lake, and all of the great KOA activities (train ride, ice cream social, and others!) despite there being so much rain. Henry was particularly helpful and friendly during our stay! Thanks for making our time there so special!

We extra activities for our kids were amazing. Greg, the owner was driving the kids around the KOA on a "train ride". The next day our kids couldn't stop telling us how much fun their train ride was. They also had Karaoke for the adults Saturday night. We've stayed at several KOAs across CO in the past year. Estes Park is by far the best. Greg and Henry were very accommodating. Thank you!

Best RV park in Estes! Clean, well cared for, and friendly staff. Views of the mountains from all around. The owners really listen to what campers need and want and work towards that in this beautiful small mountainside RV park right in the heart of Estes Park. You can walk across the street to the lake or all the way downtown from the park. Elk right outside the grounds every evening!

Henry was extremely friendly &helpful!! The owner had a major attitude problem. On the first night my boys were yelled @ by some lady saying the park was closed. When all they were doing was getting their football that landed in the playground while on our walk. When we confronted her she was extremely rude saying I’m the owner! OKAY AND?! That still doesn’t give you the right to yell @ my kid

This is the second year we have stayed at the Estes Park KOA and have already booked agin next year. Great location, excellent staff, and well maintained campground.

Campsite above us had a dog that barked for hour and a half straight. Inhales all of their cigarette smoke, too. We left a day early but still paid.

Estes Park KOA is an enjoyable camp ground. The family that runs it is very friendly and has gone out of there way to entertain children. They also have an outdoor cafe. The sites are accommodating. Elk came into the camp at night. Close to town . I would definitely choose them again.

Sites are too close together. Greg was very friendly! Kaye and Aly were not! They don’t need to be helping at the desk! Really strange, since Greg and I were talking the first day about how workers need that attitude more today than ever! The park was very clean! I guess the rude behavior just soured me. We have stayed at two oaks since we were there. They seem to have more nice employees

The sites were really cramped together, which made it difficult to fit all of our equipment on our site. But the hosts were friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient, and the campground itself was clean and had a variety of activities for us to participate in. Also, having free, hot showers after several days on the road was an excellent added bonus!

This was the best KOA we have been to EVER! A beautiful, well kept resort! The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We have already recommended to everyone we talk to. We will definitely be back!!

The staff are first rate. Henry is five stars. The site won’t accommodate longer rigs and when i booked, i said i was towing. I had to leave my trailer elsewhere and it was inconvenient. Otherwise, my space was very nice.

The site maximizes every bit of available space but we didn’t feel crowded. Kudos out to the folks on the front desk. All of them were very friendly and helpful . Special shout out to Ally- she was so helpful and engaging - taught me how to get our cable working and she gave us great tips on where to find moose. Always friendly and took a few minutes to chat anytime we saw her. Overall great st

Very small spaces and we had very noisy spot next to highway. Bathrooms were clean. Property was well maintained. Does seem that sites farther from highway were quieter.

The camp and the sites and the view are spectacular, but what really makes the Estes Park KOA special is the people. They are the absolute best!

Sites are to close together and there isn't room to park your truck next to your site. They should have less sites so you aren't so crammed in and you can park your truck. Also not all sites have a fire pit. They seem to cater to the tents and cabins. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff was great. Henry made it a point to stop by and check if there was any we needed . However the sites are small and nothing but dirt. The water pressure was very low making it difficult to shower.

No pool…very hot. Well taken care of. Henry made the stay as good as I could give. He took a long time to help me load my car onto a trailer. Very professional man.

The staff at Estes Park was very helpful. Henry in particular has a servant's heart. He knew how to help a man get his car on the trailer correctly after the gentlemen had driven it past the appropriate place on the trailer and got it wedged. Henry did all the hard work and got the gentleman back on the road.

It was our first stay at a campsite and they were wonderful! Henry went out of his way to help us back into our space and get everything hooked up. It was quiet, relaxing and they were very accommodating. The bathrooms were clean, friendly staff in the office and the store had everything we needed for a short stay. They had ice cream socials, pancakes in the morning and children activities.

Very nice Koa and super friendly staff! Everything was very well maintained, updated and clean! We enjoy the ice cream social and the train rides. Mostly the views from this place were incredible and you are right across the way from Lake Estes. Will be back soon!

We were first time campers. The camper we rented had several problems when we got there and the KOA staff was so kind, understanding, and helpful. If it weren’t for them, the remainder of our stay would have been awful. The KOA’s showers and bathrooms were spotless and roomy. Thank you Henry and Ross for all your help!

This KOA is one of the best I have stayed in. The views were amazing. The water and hookups were all outstanding. The KOA staff were remarkable and very helpful in every way. Allie and Kate welcomed us immediately and helped us with our questions, propane, and wood. Hats off to Allie, Kate, and the entire Estes Park KOA establishment. Also, great walking path with Elk in it across the street

Beautiful location and great staff, but for our personal preference was too crowded. By far the most cramped campground we've been to. Barely enough room to maneuver our 23ft camper and so close to neighbors on both sides you cant use your awning. And for a KOA it didn't really have much to offer for kids. Thankfully there are plenty of trails around and the Estes Lake for activities.

Possibly the BEST KOA that we've ever stayed in! It's extremely clean and well kept, the staff was terrific, and the owner is amazing, Best family oriented KOA we've ever stayed in! Came for a night, stayed for three, and left wishing that they had more available days so that we didn't have to leave! Ice cream socials, kids events, get togethers!!! Can't say enough!

My service dog Valor and I stayed here not one, but 3 nights. It was supposed to be just the first night, but all the boondocking sites were full From the time you walk through the office door you are greeted with a smile from a staff that wants nothing except the best for you on your trip The staff can tell you where to eat and where not too. They are very friendly every time they drive by seeing if anyone needs help The bathrooms are clean from the toilet to the showers and I never had to wait to use one Finally, this is one of the best parks I have stayed in and that is mainly because of the staff first and accommodations second. So do not hesitate staying here and this is only 10 minutes from the entrance f Rocky Mountian National Park Greg
