We have been camping all over the US for 15 years, and we have never been so crammed in that we are told not to put out our awning. This isn't camping, it's a parking lot. The only view out our slide was the sewage line from the camper above us on the embankment. So disappointed because it was so expensive.

Stayed one week. Clean, Friendly, Professional. Owners do everything they can to make sure you feel welcome and an important part of their business. Couldn't ask for more. KUDOS!!

Fabulous! This was our first RV camping experience and we could not have been more pleased with the entire visit. I was grateful for Henry's assistance guiding me while backing our RV trailer into the site. The campgrounds were clean, organized and the staff was very friendly...and the mountain views from our pop-up A-frame RV were a pleasant surprise! We will be back!

This KOA is close to Rocky Mountain NP which is real nice. RV sites are on small side but have nice picnic tables behind sites. Parking at site is restricted to smaller units. Some sites are along edge of street (parallel) which I would find undesirable. The campground had lots of cabins and seems to be more designed around them. The staff is great and friendly.

We stayed in #49 which we had picked for our next trip from 2020 and we were very pleased with this spot. There was a new built railing, a beautiful swing, corner spot up high. The staff was not only exceptional but over the top in helpfulness. Even the owner of the KOA spoke with us at length. What a fantastic choice for a birthday week celebration. Thank you! Next up-#12 new deck site!

Nice people and very clean. However the spaces are much too close together. Maneuvering a trailer is difficult.

Campground is nice and well lit at night but spaces are close together and patios are awkward at the rear and far away from the camper entrance. Propane exchange is very expensive as well.

Highly recommend this great family run KOA. Super helpful and friendly staff. Greg, the owner, sincerely cares about his customers experience. He even helped me back in my trailer and showed me how to unhook it. His daughter went above and beyond, when I didn't know why the fridge in my trailer wasn't working, she came to the rescue and checked the fuses for me. Impressive!

It was alright. Spots are tight and water pressure was abysmal in the showers. The tent sites are by the road...so noise might be an issue for that but to park and sleep in an RV lot it's OK. People who run the place are nice.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and always ready to help. The campground is very clean (the bathrooms are wonderful!), and the pancake breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, served up by the owner, was amazing.. Our only complaint is that the RV sites are pretty close together, and we had to park the truck in an overflow area.

Um the gentleman who was helping guide us to our spot, forgot to tell us of a tight corner with a wall of wood. So we tore up our trailer fender and bent the metal it was attached to. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves very much

I have never stayed in an RV park that doesn't allow me to park my truck at my site. And has no handicap parking. This should be noted on the website. Amazing how many RV's you were able to squish in a small area. The male staff was very nice, however the women were not friendly at all. I would never recommend this park to anyone.

From the office staff to the staff working out in the park... we received some of the best Cust service I have ever experienced!!! Not just friendly!!! They bended over backwards to help us have achieve a great experience!!! Class example in excellent Cust service!!! We have made reservations for next year as we were leaving! Thank you!!!

We were there for the Bernese Mtn Dog National show. We loved the location, and especially the friendliness of the staff...big shot out to Ally and Henry, who were always around with a friendly smile and great attitude. My only dissatisfaction was how close the sites were to each other. Otherwise, enjoyable stay. We had great neighbors which made a big difference. Thanks again! ~Lolly

Nice park with very tight sites. People at the KOA were the best. Watched one staff member guide trailers into the tight back-in spaces. He knew exactly what to tell the drivers in order to get them parked. Breakfast was well worth the money and delicious - best pancakes, ever!

Beautiful spot. The grounds are clean and well kept. The staff is awesome! So helpful and accommodating!! They went out of their way to make this a great trip. We will be back!!

Campsites to small, gravel parking not very level, the KOA it’s self is small, have to park your vehicle in overflow parking away from campsite, but the KOA assistance is really good!!

Excellent! One of the best KOAs in Colorado- unbelievable views and so much wildlife to see. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the facilites were very clean and well set up. As stated on the site, it is best suited for small RVs and our 29ft travel trailer just fit. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a very relaxing weekend, and there was a lot to do in the surrounding area

Because the campground is very small, there is little privacy for the RV guests. At first, we thought to ourselves that we wouldn’t stay here again because of that HOWEVER, the staff changed our mind. So kind, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable-simply amazing people. We didn’t feel like first time guests...we felt like family. The bathrooms were always SPOTLESS which is appreciated as well!

We stayed right at the end of the official season during the Cameron peak fire threat. This KOA housed evacuees and fire fighters for free! They were kind and wonderful hosts. The bathroom was clean and we loved the facilities!

Possibly the BEST KOA that we've ever stayed in! It's extremely clean and well kept, the staff was terrific, and the owner is amazing, Best family oriented KOA we've ever stayed in! Came for a night, stayed for three, and left wishing that they had more available days so that we didn't have to leave! Ice cream socials, kids events, get togethers!!! Can't say enough!

My service dog Valor and I stayed here not one, but 3 nights. It was supposed to be just the first night, but all the boondocking sites were full From the time you walk through the office door you are greeted with a smile from a staff that wants nothing except the best for you on your trip The staff can tell you where to eat and where not too. They are very friendly every time they drive by seeing if anyone needs help The bathrooms are clean from the toilet to the showers and I never had to wait to use one Finally, this is one of the best parks I have stayed in and that is mainly because of the staff first and accommodations second. So do not hesitate staying here and this is only 10 minutes from the entrance f Rocky Mountian National Park Greg
