We always have a pleasant stay at this campground. Very clean and upkeep is superb. Pleasant staff and owner who all try to please. Definitely recommend this campground.

Nice park. Only complaint is that the sites are real small and close together. When neighbors awning nearly touches your camper and you have to go into their site to unhook elect and sewer you are too close.

Family vacation, the KOA is in a great location, the camp was very clean and the staff were awesome.

Staff was very friendly. Spaces are tight! The play ground was dismal. I didn’t feel that this KOA was secure enough to let my daughter ride her bike around. There is a very busy road close by. The park is clean and I enjoyed our picnic table.

Very tight. Slide on our RV only 3 inches from slide on the RV next to us. All dirt, no grass or even gravel. Saw a leaving camper hit a parked car. Just no room to move around at all.

Loved site 13! Loved that you provided a propane fire pit! Loved the proximity to EP! Loved the view from the deck! Loved the friendly staff!

Sites are too close together. 2 feet between your slide out and your neighbor. Narrow roads. Should have 20 to 30 percent fewer sites.

Everyone that worked there was so kind and helpful. It was our first night with a motor home and we needed lots of help and instruction. They were more than happy to help. Such nice people!

Henry was very courteous and friendly but no accompanying vehicles are allowed next to RV..... they must be parked at a different area. Mostly dirt, very little grass.

Worst KOA we have ever stayed at! I expect quality camping and don't mind paying a little more $$ at KOAs, however, this was no more than a gravel parking lot. Sites are so close no room to even open your awning. No parking at your site, you need to find a spot in a parking lot. Don't waste your money, find a different campground in Estes Park.

Very interesting campground, built on a hill so spots are a bit tight, but doable. The owners are very nice and willing to work with you in anyway they can. We plan to stay there next time we visit Estes Park.

The hosts were great, super friendly. They had an all you can eat pancake breakfast with pancakes so big we could barley eat 2. This was one of the highlights of our trip for the kids. I loved it as well.

Super tight spots , stayed in site 41 and couldn’t reach the sewer without moving the rv. Not enough room to roll out a mat or park a car or even sit outside the rv. It was like a parking lot ... felt like a packed sardine.

Not much dog walking area. Small tight sites. We were disappointed the campground had not advised us that current entry into Rocky Mountain National Park is appointment/time passes only, unless you are willing to go before 6am or after 5pm (even with the lifelong passes we have). We were only there for 2 days.

Excellent staff, super-clean bathrooms. Great location, easy to get to lake (across street), Safeway, visitors center. Spots close together.

The place is clean and pretty close to RMNP which is why I gave it two stars. I have camped a lot! All over the state on this trip and in many countries. I have never 1. Paid so much for a tent campsite 2. Been placed in such a horrendous location. My tent site was right next to the road, for $65! A one person tent next to the road for $65! I heard cars pass all night and people on the sidewalk.

You can’t beat the location and amenities! Hosts are friendly and helpful, loved the pancake breakfast and church service :). The sites are SMALL but most time is spent out in the park or downtown so not really a problem. Can’t wait to visit again!

Very small KOA. All back in, tight, but clean and cozy campsites. Bathroom is 5 star with good water pressure, clean and spacious showers. Staff not so friendly but efficient. Henry was great helping us back into our site and recommending things to do.

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. However, sites are crammed together like sardines. We only stayed there after our RMNP campground site was cancelled because of COVID.

Possibly the BEST KOA that we've ever stayed in! It's extremely clean and well kept, the staff was terrific, and the owner is amazing, Best family oriented KOA we've ever stayed in! Came for a night, stayed for three, and left wishing that they had more available days so that we didn't have to leave! Ice cream socials, kids events, get togethers!!! Can't say enough!

My service dog Valor and I stayed here not one, but 3 nights. It was supposed to be just the first night, but all the boondocking sites were full From the time you walk through the office door you are greeted with a smile from a staff that wants nothing except the best for you on your trip The staff can tell you where to eat and where not too. They are very friendly every time they drive by seeing if anyone needs help The bathrooms are clean from the toilet to the showers and I never had to wait to use one Finally, this is one of the best parks I have stayed in and that is mainly because of the staff first and accommodations second. So do not hesitate staying here and this is only 10 minutes from the entrance f Rocky Mountian National Park Greg
