Great location. Tent sites are okay; not much shade even with the shelter. Bathrooms next to the tent sites are somewhat clean; the best ones are at the front next to the office. Good home base for exploring RMNP.

I camped in a tent area with a shelter. The tent area had 3 individual bathrooms along with an area to wash dishes. I had trouble starting a campfire and stopped in the store for suggestions. One of the employees, who appeared to be getting off work, volunteered to come to my site to help. Later, I found it was one of the owners, Peri, whom was extremely helpful and friendly!

very nice onsite staff, easy access to Amenities and were always clean when I used them. store was stocked for if I needed anything. Internet wifi stretches the edge of the property and had no problems getting on it!

We love this KOA this was our first time in a KOA as we are new members. The facilities were so clean, they really stayed on top of thing. But overwhelmingly the staff were so friendly. I love that they drove by each tent site every evening to see how things were going. They gave us tips for the bears and asked if we needed anything. Very impressive. We will be back.

Being close to the road was kinda noisy but all the family stuff available makes it worth it. We loved the tent bathhouses and the dishwashing station. My daughter loved the playground and the huge chair :)

Our family chose the Estes Park KOA Holiday to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The deluxe tent site (T9) was WELL worth the extra money for the views it afforded us! It had a shelter, a fire pit with four lovely Adirondack chairs, a swing and a gravel site that easily fit our 3 room tent. The KOA itself was well maintained, clean and offered super fun "train" rides to the kids. We loved it!

The campground was well-located, had an easy check-in system, and had great amenities (those bathrooms especially). The only downsides to my stay were that the roads weren't very well marked and that my specific campsite was literally right next to the highway, so all night I could hear cars rushing by. Maybe better signage and more noise-canceling bushes would be helpful.

It worked for what we needed; an interesting tent setup area that required steps and a ramp to get to our tent, table, and fire pit. We unload our truck into the tent and sleep in the truck...The parking space was on a slight slant so it wasn't the best-suited spot for us...but the facility was clean, people were polite and attentive...

Easy to book/check in. Fantastic location, super clean facilities, and great location. Unfortunately it is neighboring on a horse farm/facility and there was a heavy smell of horse manure in the tent camping area. Not over whelming, but you know it’s there. Wouldn’t stop me from going back.

The campground and staff were awesome but our campsite was bad, not level, overpriced, right by a busy highway, no place beside it to park so vehicle was across a drive. Worst problem was advertised with a 13x13 tent pad when that was actually the size of entire campsite. We have a big tent so we had no space left to use for chairs or fire. So we ate out which added even more to the cost

Great location, amenities, and friendly staff. Renting the propane fire bowl was a great option given the fire ban. Aside from the snow and 60mph winds, we had a great stay and will probably be back next season!

Super quick & easy check-in with friendly & helpful hosts! We had a great tent site that was clean & level. The dog park is very tiny, but helpful, since our dogs won’t go potty on a leash. Camp store was well-stocked. Best part: amazingly clean and modern private bathroom/shower stalls, heated at a comfortable temp. Will definitely stay here again.

It was great. The restrooms were very clean. Only complaint would be the amount of people coming a going in the middle of the night and having their lights shine in the tent.

We stayed in a tent site. The sites were a little close together but had shelters and the grounds had a very fun vibe. They had great events and the staff were amazing. The owner Greg was great with our girls at the morning pancake breakfast. This is such a great place!

Overall OK facility. Clean bathrooms but showers are low pressure. WiFi may not connect if you pitch your own tent to a site that's little far, for me it didn't work. There was some trash lying around at my tent site when I arrived. My site's parking spot was also blocked with a cone. The person who drives the gator who picks up the cones doesn't bother much. Other campers were good, no issues.

I loved the location, loved how the bathrooms were very clean, campground was clean. Really great location near Rocky Mountain National Park. Only thing I'd work on was the critters. I had a chipmunk dig into my car from the engine compartment and eat a protein bar in my cup holder. Crazy!

My family and I had a good stay at the Estes park KOA. It was clean and the staff were all very friendly. Just a few minor things to consider. The tent sites are very close together. You will be packed like sardines. The location is pretty close to a main road so there can be some noise from the road.

Very nice campground , great location We were on motorcycles and it was a little hard to maneuver to our campsite but that is to be expected when camping in Colorado!

it was okay to stay at a KOA. the worst part was the gravel tent space it should be sand or something smaller in size with the gravel or a rake supplied to rake away the bigger rocks. the no fire ban was a bummer but understood as we were in Colorado. the bathrooms were great and clean. having a dish sink was great. for the most part it was a nice experience I would stay there again. A very nice place to stay! The location is close to the Estes Park town center but still gives the outdoorsy feel. Very helpful and polite staff. I would definitely stay here again!

All of the staff were wonderful. We got a tent site and someone ended up being in our site and the lady working at the desk, gave us a cabin for the night in exchange, at no extra charge. They were very helpful and the sites were beautiful.

Possibly the BEST KOA that we've ever stayed in! It's extremely clean and well kept, the staff was terrific, and the owner is amazing, Best family oriented KOA we've ever stayed in! Came for a night, stayed for three, and left wishing that they had more available days so that we didn't have to leave! Ice cream socials, kids events, get togethers!!! Can't say enough!

My service dog Valor and I stayed here not one, but 3 nights. It was supposed to be just the first night, but all the boondocking sites were full From the time you walk through the office door you are greeted with a smile from a staff that wants nothing except the best for you on your trip The staff can tell you where to eat and where not too. They are very friendly every time they drive by seeing if anyone needs help The bathrooms are clean from the toilet to the showers and I never had to wait to use one Finally, this is one of the best parks I have stayed in and that is mainly because of the staff first and accommodations second. So do not hesitate staying here and this is only 10 minutes from the entrance f Rocky Mountian National Park Greg
