Fillmore KOA Journey General Information

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to recieve a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and/or email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. 
RV and tent sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. You must call the KOA you made the reservation at by 11 AM , seven days prior to the day of your scheduled arrival. 
Lodging & Accommodations: You must give a 14 day prior to the day of arrival cancellation notice of any type of cabins. You must call the KOA you made the reservation at by 11 AM , seven days prior to the day of your scheduled arrival. 
Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day), Special Events (ATV Jamboree), RV sites, Cabins,  Deluxe Cabins, Tent Sites. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 3 weeks (21 days)  prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $20.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within the 21 days of the arrival dates will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit made. 
Reservations made after these deadlines require non refundable deposits.
Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of full deposits. 
No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early check outs. 
No refunds given on or after the arrival date. 
Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions. 
The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption. 
Sites may be subject to early check-in, late check-out, extra vehicle/trailer and additional daily "guest/guests" fees.
New KOA cancellation policy takes effect June 1st, 2026.

Pets are welcome, required to be on a leash if walking around the campground for everyone's safety. A pet fee is required for all Kabin rentals. Please call with any questions concerning your pet.

Check-in time for Tent and RV sites is 2:00 pm, Cabin check-in time is 3:00 pm. This allows us time to clean sites and fire pits, mow and water lawns and prepare them for you.

Check-out time for all sites is 11:00 am. Fees for late check-out do apply.

Store open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm or later during busy summer months.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am and are strictly enforced. Please be courteous to your fellow campers.

All visitors must check in at front desk. Separate parking available. No visitors after office is closed.

Pool and Spa are open from May 25th to September 30th (or possibly before or after), dependent on weather and equipment delays.
Hours are 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Currently Open for 2026 Season.
No pets or smoking in the pool area, please.
Children under 14 to be accompanied by an adult.
No Children under the age of 14 in the SPA.
