All around great place to stay. Owners are great, location is off the hwy, sites are roomy and amenities are top notch. We stayed in our 40 foot motorhome with jeep and had plenty of room.

Loved the layout of property. Tent sites with power and water were much appreciated. Very comfortable.

I understand a cancellation fee but a early arrival fee when it would have taken the golf cart person only two minutes TOTAL to check the site out. Not to mention there was only 9 campers in there at the time. NICE WELCOME!! Other than that the campground was very nice.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

check in is at 1pm and checkout at 11. That gives us two hours to clean the campground and water sites. Sprinklers have to be re sequenced and staff duties are interupted to check a guest in early. We pride ourselves in offering you a spotless campground.

Wonderful place to stay! Site was plenty large enough for our 34ft plus toad. Trees helped shade us from the blazing sun. Very quiet and a beautiful view. Hosts were very nice and kept the showers, laundry, and pool area very clean. I will stay here again if I travel this way again!

Very nice clean park. Not too large, but campsites were ample, level, and nice grass in between. We will keep this one in our book for next time.

We were traveling home to Colorado and needed a one night stay. This was a clean well managed facility. Had a nice pool and hot tub. We will definitely stay there again.

We've been to this KOA often since 2001. Always nice and clean. It is a launching point for riding ATV trails in the area. It seems that in the past few years ATV riding around the campground has gone on later and later in the evening, well past the start of quiet time. This year we had an incident while following the host's directions pulling into our site that damaged our trailer.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The spots have enough room to move around without encroaching on your neighbors. Lovely place to spend quality down time.

We arrived late Friday evening. We were greeted and marshaled to our spot. Staff was courteous and very attentive to our needs. Thank You! We enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely be coming again!

We called ahead to make a reservation for a one night stay. The host said that all of his regular pull through sites were taken but he had an overflow pull through next to his barn that we could book for the night. It worked well for us and we had a wonderful stay. We will happily stay here again.

If I am honest, I was nervous after this koa was sold last year. I didn't know if the park could be better than it already was. But the stay this year was amazing and exceeded our expectations. I look forward to staying for many years in the future. This koa is our absolute favorite place to go because of how welcome we feel when there. New owners are absolutely amazing!!!!

We have stayed here several times. This year it’s under new management. They would not allow our family to gather (not covid related) UNLESS we payed $70 per day to used the pavilion. We were not told until we all arrived. We were only told it was available but not mandatory if we wanted to eat/gather. They knew we were coming as a large group. Deon ended up being very helpful. Not coming back.

Wew build the clubhouse to better serve large groups like yours of 38 guests so you can have a private facillity to congragate.You are correct renting it is not mandatory.It seemed liked your group enjoyed it very much. All the best.

We had a campsite on the perimeter with gorgeous views. Staff was very helpful and friendly and even escorted us to our campsite. Restrooms and showers were clean, however, removing the shower curtains because of COVID is pretty lame. Making keeping stuff dry while showering a bit difficult.

Very well kept campground. It was very relaxing, wish we could of stayed longer. All staff was very pleasant. It is on our favorite campsites to stop for future travels in the area.

Very peaceful and quiet. Had lunch at Cluffs Drive in Car Hop. The burgers were charbroiled and DELISH. The fries were good too. Friendly staff. Would stay at this KOA again.

We mostly enjoyed our stay, we were able to rest up before continuing our journey. We will stay again if our future travel brings us back. What we liked, convenient location relative to I 15 but far enough away to be quiet. Dislikes, dust from fresh gravel on roads, neighbors stinky smoldering campfire. Hopefully rain will settle the dust some and campers will be more courteous of neighbors.

This KOA is incredible. The grounds and view are beautiful and VERY clean (even the laundry room). We had reserved a back in but the lady (very nice) found us a pull thru so we didn't have to unhook. It is easy to find but yet far enough from the road it is so quiet and peaceful. This is in top 5 KOAS we have had the pleasure to stay at. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

This KOA is close enough to I-15 to be convenient, yet not so close as to hear road noise. The park is very nicely maintained, with green grass between sites and many mature trees for shade from the sun. It is both a family park an one for seniors too as the managers enforce park rules. We had trouble with the WIFI on one laptop, a new laptop connected and worked fine.

Small beautiful little KOA Not much for the kids to do for long stays they have a little park and a play area for the pups and it's very quiet
