Sites are not just too close, but very difficult to back into if you have a larger rv. Staff is very nice and amenities are good.

Nice place to live, just be careful seasonnal camper ''run the show'' a bit to much. A employees name Peter take is job to seriously and think that he own the park He decide how you should park your rv.Other than that a wonderful place to live.

We were led to our site and helped back in our 34-foot fifth wheel. This was a tremendous help since this was our first back in. Thank you.

Pine island KOA is like a well oiled machine! Met at the entrance and shown to our site quickly, helped with backing in by a knowledgeable person made setting up stress free. The stay was enjoyable and met many pleasant people there! We'll be back!

would recommend only as emergency stop. staff placed us in a 90 degree to the road site which was cramped, permanent neighbor to rear used our site as thoroughfare and ran over water & electric "RUDE". Told site wifi did not work and staff responded "yeah we know." Some permanent / longterm units should be condemned & "Removed". Back of site looks and smells like a slum. Just being honest.

We broke down at the campground and they worked with us to stay longer. the gentleman driving in the carts always check to see how it was going. Thank you for helping out.

The KOA is great! Friendly staff; restroom are the cleanest we have experienced. Quiet area. Pine Island is a long drive to downtown Fort Myers and a beach but the KOA itself is great.

Very tight sites close to neighbors. Nonexistent WiFi. Noise at all hours from people driving loud motorcycles and trucks into and out of the campground.

Would probably never come back to this KOA. We were there for 7 days. We were given 4 towels and 4 washcloths to do for 2 of us for 7 days. When we asked for extra wash cloths we were treated rudely and told that we needed to wash our wash cloths and towels. Even though it was supposed to be an amenity. Also watered down soap in our bathroom. There were other things but I don’t have room to type

It's overcrowded and we felt like sardines because the configuration of the spaces is such that it was near impossible to back into our space. There was even a telephone pole that hindered access. To back in we had to ask a man across from us to remove his truck to make room for us to back in. He wasn't very happy about this-pretty grumpy as a matter of fact. And there are far too many RV's there!

Wonderful place, very clean. We stayed in a tiny house for 6 nights. It was clean but upon requesting clean towels we were first told that we had to wash the ones that we had dirtied. We did receive clean towels when all was said and done. Not sure if the employee was new or just didn't know the answer but all turned out well.

Loved this KOA. The site next to us had a problem with water. Our site water was shut off. the problem was fixed in 20 minutes! Highly recommend this KOA

We planned a quick get away to the Florida warm weather and rented a RV spot and two small cabins. It worked out perfectly! Super impressed by how clean the shower house was as we did not plan on using it but RV owners know something always breaks and the hot water heater went out. It was a fun trip, thank you.

Overall the facilities were nice. Big pool, nice people and staff. Not a lot to do on Pine Island so plan to drive a bit to get to anything. Our big issues were the no-see-ums and our site. When we arrived I asked if we could be closer to the lake but was “blown off” by the check in person and told the bugs were worse there. Our site was behind a not so nice double wide. We left after 3 days.

Renting deluxe cottage. Very clean with full kitchen and full bathroom. Everyone seems very friendly and staff is very helpful. Great location to explore island. Propane grill on the patio is a great addition.

Nice clean park, quiet at night even though almost every site is full. Plenty of ammenities within the park but also things to go and see outside of park.
