We stayed in a deluxe cabin with our 4 children and it was perfect! Space was so well planned that even though the square footage was small, we liked it better than the larger hotel rooms on our trip. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Pool is wonderful!

We had a blast!! Everything was clean and well organized! Easy accessibility to all amenities! The only thing was you have to drive a min to anything… (ex. beach, grocery fishing). But we loved our experience anyways!!

The location and faculty was beautiful! The staff was very rude. Two distant staff members on two different days were very disrespectful to different family members proving that it wasn't an isolated event or specific person.

Our stay at the Fort Myers/Pine Island was great! Our cabin was clean, well organized, and furnished with day to day kitchen items. KOA staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again and highly recommend.

Our check-in was smooth and easy. The cottage we rented was clean and well maintained. The towels and sheets were good quality and soft. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would suggest an upgrade of the coffee pot and frying pan. We did not use the pool or bathrooms but they seemed clean and well maintained. I would stay again!

Nice weekend stay in one of the cabins at Pine Island KOA. Staff is very helpful and professional. The grounds are well maintained. It was a quiet setting and the cabins very comfortable.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the cottage. The campgrounds were nice and clean as well as the cottage. The only thing that was bad was the sofa in our cottage (C09 ?). It was so hard and uncomfortable and awful. Everything else was perfecto!

Very nice and pleasant atmosphere. We stayed in a deluxe cabin, this is the 4th time doing so. All is perfect, except for the bed. The mattress sunk in the middle which caused us some back issues. I’d suggest investing in a great mattress for those and it would be a 5 star experience

We rented one of the cabins (#3). We only have 2 negative comments: 1. The hot water heater must be very small. The shower hot water only lasted about 10 minutes. 2. The street light hits the front door & windows with great intensity, making sleep difficult if a dark room is preferred. You should install heavy room darkening shades. Otherwise the accommodations & campground were top notch.

Would probably never come back to this KOA. We were there for 7 days. We were given 4 towels and 4 washcloths to do for 2 of us for 7 days. When we asked for extra wash cloths we were treated rudely and told that we needed to wash our wash cloths and towels. Even though it was supposed to be an amenity. Also watered down soap in our bathroom. There were other things but I don’t have room to type

Wonderful place, very clean. We stayed in a tiny house for 6 nights. It was clean but upon requesting clean towels we were first told that we had to wash the ones that we had dirtied. We did receive clean towels when all was said and done. Not sure if the employee was new or just didn't know the answer but all turned out well.

Stayed in a cabin, very nice, clean and kitchen well equipped. Outdoor area very well kept and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in cottage 5! We will be back for a stay with our RV for sure! Everyone at the KOA was very welcoming and friendly. Sites were nice, park was very clean and well maintained.

I always look forward to staying at any KOA, but unfortunately this time my expectations were not met at all. The Deluxe Cabin was dirty, cards/trash under the bunk mattresses. I had to clean doorways with smuggles. The 2nd room is closet size, sheets are too thin, towels had stains, sheets had blood stained. Hotel staff said I was lying about cabin being dirty and stained towels and sheets.

The park is clean and attractive. Really nice landscaping throughout! staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in a cottage which was very cute. It had everything we needed. Including a flyswatter! The pool is immaculate. Thanks for making our stay AWESOME! Deb & Phil, Naples, FL

Renting deluxe cottage. Very clean with full kitchen and full bathroom. Everyone seems very friendly and staff is very helpful. Great location to explore island. Propane grill on the patio is a great addition.
