The campground was great, enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Staff was pleasant. Campground was very quiet, until close to the end of our stay. A large group had come in that day and stayed up behind us talking, laughing and singing until 3am. My neighbor reported this to the staff and we did not have the problem the next night.

Way too many biting bugs (mosquitoes, or no-see-ums???) I understand that this is a campground, but it was way too much. The site needs to spray for them or something??? The travel trailer even became infested with them and we needed to get a exterminator to get rid of them. For sure if I go to the same area, I would certainly try other campgrounds in the area.

It was clean and check in was smooth but the spots were so tight for a big rig and car. Not a great location tough to get on and off the island. Neighbor who calls the cops if you walk on their path - perhaps build a fence?

We were beside a little pond so there was no neighbor behind and it help having more wind so, nice spot.

Everyone was very friendly. Lots of organized entertainment. Facilities are very clean. Pool and hot tube were awesome.

We absolutely loved the Elvis show and the food truck. You have heard the saying, "You only get one chance to make a first impression". Dawn did not make a good first impression. Maybe she just had a tough day, but she came across as impersonal and uncaring. All other employees we encountered were fantastic. Find Dawn a nice office job where she does not have to interact with customers.

Very nice place with many friendly people and staff. My problem was the "no see-em's". you have to do something about them. If they were not present I would recommend your KOA. I was bitten alive and could not stay outside

There is not one bad thing to say about our stay. Pool/hot tub was fabulous. Location was very nice Pete is absolutely the best staff member of any park we have ever stayed in Highly recommend

We have had both good and bad stays. This one was not the best. Parking staff and greeting staff are impatient! Positive attitudes go a long way! Everyone wants to feel their business is appreciated, even though obviously the park is not in need of business. We come often and hope next stay is all smiles.

Lovely site and view of small lake. Enjoyed amenities and our stay. However, the small bugs biting in the evening caused us to retreat into the camper.

The sites are really close and overall the campground is huge to be this close together. There are a lot of permanent looking trailers. I have nothing long with long term rentals but why make it look like a trailer park. The location was convenient but so not think I will return.

They should have a designated area for short stay campers. Never saw so many resident cottages in a KOA park. So close together!! It was very uncomfortable. What’s with the clipboard guy asking you where we were going when we left for the day!! That’s strange!!

Beautiful location and clean park. Staff was friendly. However , staying in a tent near mangroves I do not lt recommend due to no seeums and mosquitos.

Excellent campgrounds, clean, very friendly staff, restroom are spotless, pool was nice but crowded and liked you had a gym in 2nd clubhouse. Only negative thing it’s far from beach access and traffic was terrible.

Very nice campground but it had mosquitos.making outdoor living difficult without repellent. it is a long ride to go to the beaches, there is no beach on Pine Island. If you go for fishing, boating, it is the perferct place, Shower's curtains should be replaced by new ones because of moisture on it.

Asked to be moved near my sister and away from the laundry/ bathrooms and wouldn’t accommodate! There were several empty spots across from her behind her and they said that they were already taken! No one showed up the entire time we were there!

We had a great week. KOA staff were very friendly and helpful. They greet you upon arrival and escort you to your site. WiFi was very spotty and at times unavailable. The pool area is very nice; however the pool, at times, was too small with the number of people enjoying it. We enjoyed biking to St. James City for lunch at Phuzzy’s Boat Shack.

We had a great week at Pine Island KOA. The pool water temperature was perfect and we enjoyed playing bingo in the clubhouse!

Renting deluxe cottage. Very clean with full kitchen and full bathroom. Everyone seems very friendly and staff is very helpful. Great location to explore island. Propane grill on the patio is a great addition.

Nice clean park, quiet at night even though almost every site is full. Plenty of ammenities within the park but also things to go and see outside of park.
