Too many campsites. Not all sites have a concrete pad. Picnic tables in poor shape. Campground is in good location.

Nice pool facilities kept clean. A lot of permanent sites, lake is small, very little shade. Pine island was nice, beware of the NoSeeUms.

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas à notre site car trop éloigné. Le câble ne fonctionnait pas et la personne qui est venu voir nous a dit que c’était notre installation qui était défectueuse. Présentement nous sommes dans un autre LOA et le câble entre très bien.

One night stay. When it became apparent that we were not going to fit in our assigned spot, Mick called in and got us moved into another spot, so that was great! The amenities are fantastic. The only issues are that the original spot we were assigned to was a back to back back in spot, so very tight. The second issue which is beyond your control, is the traffic getting to the resort.

We had many issues with the staff when we arrived. The person that met us at the entry was upset I did not know the actual site number. I showed the confirmation email and it was not listed on it. We were left for long period of time at the gate. Finally was escorted to the site. Very condescending regarding a women being able to park the boat trailer. Many other poor interactions occurred aft

Some of the staff were very friendly but there were a couple of cranky folks. Maybe they were just having a bad day. :-(

Very friendly staff. Very clean laundry (didn’t use bathroom rooms, but saw them cleaned daily). Easy check in. Very relaxed atmosphere. Will return!! �

Lots of fun activities and loved the hot tub and pool area! We had an Elvis impersonator and a food truck one night. So much fun! Great restaurants and music within biking distance!

Our stay was fantastic. The only bad thing I'd the mosquito at night, even day time. And the beach is 1 hour away. But cleanliness is a plus. Very friendly staff. Overall is a good location

We had a blast!! Everything was clean and well organized! Easy accessibility to all amenities! The only thing was you have to drive a min to anything… (ex. beach, grocery fishing). But we loved our experience anyways!!

We have had bad experiences with KOA in the past…this KOA was one of the most pleasant campgrounds we have stayed at. We will definitely return.

Need to do spray or something to get rid of the No-seeums bugs. They were completely out of control. We would not comeback because of this reason. The staff were friendly and nice though and the place is clean and nice.

We stayed for a week. Campground is nice but not located close to much. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Lots of traffic traveling through small town to get in or out of the area. Great little art town.

All of the Pine island KOA staff are great. Very helpful. We lost electricity in the middle of the night and they responded to our call within 10 minutes.

We really enjoyed our time there. The only complaint is the “no see ums”! I’ve never been bitten so many times! We hope to return next year.

Site 1 was outstanding; only one neighbor with adequate space, closest to the large dog park, office, and dumpsters. Very friendly staff, good seafood restaurants and hiking nearby, everything you want in a campground.

We were there for 10 days in March 2022 and really enjoyed the campground. There are so many activities if you want to join in. The people are very friendly. �

No garbage pickup, no shade trees, no supplies in the camp store esp considering how far it is from everything, no beach. I would not have stayed there if I had known that it was so tight. Koa St Augustine is infinitely better, !!!!

Really great people on staff. Camp ground is very tight but staff got me into the space perfectly in a blinding rain storm. Grounds were very well maintained.

Renting deluxe cottage. Very clean with full kitchen and full bathroom. Everyone seems very friendly and staff is very helpful. Great location to explore island. Propane grill on the patio is a great addition.

Nice clean park, quiet at night even though almost every site is full. Plenty of ammenities within the park but also things to go and see outside of park.
