Rv sites super small and on top of each other. Picnic table in terrible condition. Most picnic tables were in a picnic graveyard in what is called dog walk. Dog walk was cleared area in woods with picnic tables dumped like one on our site. No shade on site all day long. Lots of bugs. No fire ring. Exhorbitant fee for stay. Terrible camping experience. Never stayed at such a terrible KOA

Everyone was super friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. Spots are kind of snug, but understandable since it’s a small area with lots of visitors. We used the pool which was clean, and nobody was upset about us having kids there. Overall, we will definitely come back when we go down to see family in this area!

I almost don't want to give a great review because I want to keep this gem a secret. It was clean, welcoming and very accommodating. Possibly the best camping experience. The microwaves at the kitchenet were a fabulous addition and made my vacation so much more wonderful I didn't have to cook! Office staff were very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Well kept camp ground. Employee in golf cart said he was helping me back in but was just rude. Camp grounds over crowded. Sites to close together.

We only needed to stay one night, but were highly pleased with this KOA. We were greeted by the host and shown where to park our van. The other people there were so friendly - made us feel like we were in a special neighborhood, not a campground. The showers were wonderful - great water pressure and hot. Very satisfied.

Way in the back, a little difficult to get around, but nice facilities. Gym could use a spruce up. All services were great., WIFI poor.

It’s a wonderful KOA . The lady who checked us in was very efficient and friendly (sorry I can’t remember her name). Bob the supervisor was very helpful taking us to our site and spotting for us. We will definitely stay there again.

What the camp ground can control was all done top notch. If you like to go to the beach. This is not for you. For starters the beach is over an hour and a half away. If you don’t like traffic this place is not for you. I felt like I was trapped in the camp ground. Short of going to the grocery store meant a long time driving at 5 miles per hour. I dig this camp ground. The pool is great.

Friendly staff, helpful. Just not our kind of KOA. More like a town of RVs. Really packed in. Bathrooms very clean. Great dog park. Nice tennis courts. Coffee truck a great plus.

Older Koa but had personality. Pool and hot tob were nice and heavily used. Staff was excellent.

Really impressed with this KOA!!! The staff is the finest, pleasant, helpful group we have ever dealt with KOA or independent RV park! The place is clean, well-organized, has super sites (so many concrete slabs for RV and picnic tables, etc… We’re shortimers, so only witnessed all the organized games and events, but WOW - Pine Island has it going on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The comfort station was updated, clean, and fully operational. Very important for us popup campers with no facilities. The streetlights were a bit much - smaller and more distributed fixtures would have been preferred.

Stay was good, but I think the bathrooms need more maintenance. Our bathroom in our trailer was having issues and we decided to use the bathrooms at the campground and they were constantly dirty and maintained. The shower stalls were peeling and dirty.

Nice facility. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and just walking around. Clean facility. Our only issue is KOA's policy of it it has wheels it is an RV. Our trailer is a 9' long bed on wheels. No bath kitchen sink etc. We had to walk our dirty dish water from 266 to the tent site area across the park to dispose of it. Small trailers, less impact than a tent. This is the reason why we rarely stay at KOA.

Very clean campground. Loved the we were escorted to our site and helped backing in. Pete, our escort was awesome. Great service while we stayed.

Very nice KOA, great staff, but showing its age. No internet at our campsite (system down in our area of park). Close to great restaurants. Traffic to get on and off island terrible.

Very nice campground! A concrete pad would have been nice, but all in all, we had a great time. Hopefully, we'll be back.

Personnel and hosts are great and friendly. Bathrooms are kept very clean. The reason for the low rating is because, as often is the case with KOA, there are too many campers sitting practically on top of each other. It is noisy, lots of dogs and barking. If you are used to KOAs, you may be fine with this place. If you are used to camping in nice state parks (and nature), this is not for you.

Renting deluxe cottage. Very clean with full kitchen and full bathroom. Everyone seems very friendly and staff is very helpful. Great location to explore island. Propane grill on the patio is a great addition.

Nice clean park, quiet at night even though almost every site is full. Plenty of ammenities within the park but also things to go and see outside of park.
