Hookups were placed so conveniently that there were no problems with electricity, water, and sewer. Made life easier. WiFi fastest we have seen in a while. Our reception and guide to the site were perfect. Enjoyed our stay. Great location for easy access.

This is a new campground and looks like it. The office staff couldn't be nicer, nor more friendly and welcoming. It's very clean, and well-maintained. The laundry facilities are clean, the machines are nice, clean, and the laundry room is available 24/7, and includes a change machine that doesn't balk at your bills. The pool is nice, not deep at all, and has plenty of seating. Avoid Row "A"!!

Loved our stay! Would have used the pool on the days that we had nothing planned but those days it was chilly and the pool isn't heated. Also the only pet waste receptacles I seen was at the front building and at the dog park. Maybe plant some around the camping areas at the end of each road? We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thanks for having us.

Staff friendly and helpful. Grounds pristine condition. Pool was clean and plenty of chairs we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice park, with new gravel spots and grass. We found the road noise to be noticeable, but not troublesome if parked in the inside rows. The park hosts were very nice, except for Duane! He was rude, and confrontational. He should not be working in a park like this. We would go back, as everyone else was fantastic.

Very young in its maturity. Duane should be no where near the public as he is the worst person to work at a KOA that we have ever stayed at! Please get a hot tub and maybe think about warming the pool during your winter months.

Nice newer KOA with plenty of pull thru sites. Great location near the highway and stores and not too far from the beaches.

We’ve been here a couple months, n it’s one of the cleanest RV parks We’ve ever been to!! Great friendly and considerate staff! Excellent laundry room, Wi-Fi, n cable tv. Also just a few miles from all the beautiful beaches! We’re definitely coming back.

Would have liked to have heated pool. Most of the RV resorts we've been to have hd heated pools. I know resort is still under development so I would have liked to seen more amenties. Although what is there is very well kept. The staff is very helpful and kind.

Beautiful, new, facility. Sites are large and very level. Beautiful pool but unfortunately not heated so unable to swim, Landscaping will be maturing and the pool landscaping is beautiful. It is on the corner of two busy roads which adds to road noise. Office staff and work campers are outstanding. Could not ask for friendlier or more helpful staff. Currently adding activities for kids.

1st time there. Location is convenient to the interstate. The spaces were nice, our price point had gravel. New constructed with very little plant life and no shade and no future shade trees planted. We have senior friends in the area that visited with us for an hour. The campground charged me $5 each for them to visit. I found this a little unnecessary and counter productive as was 80$ nt.

Very nice park, staff very friendly and helpful. The facilities were well kept and clean. Lot size was excellent easy in and out. Unknown to us at booking that row A (back-in only) was backed up to the road which was very very noisy. Truck traffic was horrible day and night!! Jake- bakes and loud exhaust. �� We will return just on a different street! Thank you

This is a nice new location but in all my travels don’t think I have stayed anywhere with the road noise this location had. It seems as if it is right next to a concrete plant and or gravel pit. The constant road noise was unreal.

New campground right off the freeway. Sites are big and level. Only issue was the bathrooms/showers were up front, so a bit of a walk if you on the back half. I think they plan on expanding so probably will need to add another shower house.

Koa is very open space with paved sites mostly pull thru site.Pool , cornhole,horseshoes. They have two more phases in the planning stage. I wish they had a pickleball courts.

We stayed here for 2 months with 2 adults and 2 small kids (3,2). We enjoyed our stay so much! Pool is amazing. Lots of grass. Easy pull ins. Large sites. Bathhouses were always clean and water was always hot. Staff was very nice and accommodating!
