Beautiful place. Nice and clean. Personnel is very nice. But.....too close to road. We can hear trucks, etc. we had a noisy lot too close to road. Also, the pool is not heated. Not enough folding tables in laundromat.

Outstanding facility. Great staff and very nice location. Easy in and out and the pool is the best KOA Pool I have every stayed at.

Park is so clean and spacious! It’s an easy off/off from I95 or the Florida turnpike, so convenient. Pool is gorgeous and the staff are helpful and friendly. We’ll be back!

Not the fault of the campground but just too much noise from trucks in Row A and at the very front of the campground. Otherwise, all new, very clean, sites are a good size with comfortable room between campers. A short ride to Hutchinson Island.

A little pricey for the area, as most campground long term campers seem to distract from the overall appearance(ie… clutter and etc). A nice new KOA needing more restrooms and heated pool.

I realize it is the first year of opening but they offer a pool and nothing else. We’re currently staying at a campground also in Florida for $1,200 less and have a calendar of events, different food trucks that come daily, a fresh meat truck from one of the family cattle farms, and long stayers that are very friendly.

Very clean facilities. Sites are level. Staff are riding around regularly to pick up bagged garbage and to assist.

Very nice KOA. Staff members were all friendly. Front row spots are all pull thru concrete pads overlooking a nice pond.

We really enjoyed our stay. Convenient, quiet location near restaurants and stores. We love the width of your RV spaces and nice grass. We enjoyed walking around your large pond with our dogs. Great wifi.

Nice park. As time goes by it will be nicer because it's new. We had a lake front site, beautiful patio area with really nice furniture, and a firepit. Quiet & safe. Real close to shopping & only about 20 minutes to beaches & places to eat. Pool was beautiful. Nice washers & dryers. Staff was real friendly & helpful on where to go during our stay.

Just opened in May of 2021, this campground is in a great location right off I95, with easy access to downtown Ft. Pierce, Port St. Luci and Palm City. There's also a great off-leash dog beach about 30 minutes away at Walton Rocks Beach / Dog Park.

Great new well kept KOA. Great location with minor road noise. Only negative in my opinion is the crushed limestone sites. The dirt tracks everywhere. Otherwise very nice capground with beautiful pool and facilities. Was surprised pool wasn’t heated but water was warming up.

It was great. The only complaint is the road noise that starts about 5 in the morning. You need some kind barrier, trees, an earth berm, or fence, something. Other than that it was very enjoyable. The office personnel were very nice and always greeted you with a smile.,

I was supposed to be there for four nights I wanted up leaving after the third. The noise from the roads was unbearable. I will probably never come back and I will definitely tell my fellow campers not to go there either. And that $85 a night it was not worth it.

Easy to get to off of Florida Turnpike. Large sites, our drive through site was 70’ x 40’. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Garbage pick up at site, all day until 4:00 was really nice. Will definitely stay again next time we come

Was a new campground. Very open and not much separation/vegetation between the sisters. Will need more bath rooms/showers near family/tent sites. We enjoyed the stay but there was a lot of car/road noise.

Just a short overnight stop. Very clean, very very friendly, easy on easy off I95. Sites are spacious, plenty of room. Freightliner and Cummins service is nearby, lots of nice restaurants near the water 10 minutes from the camp. Will definitely be going back. Next time I’m going to opt for the premium space, definitely worth a few dollars more.

The park was clean and a great location but the staff in the office could be more polite and understanding when we asked to move away from the road due to the traffic noise they just said NO with no explanation or even try to accommodate. When I checked in they weren’t friendly. Every other KOA we’ve been to, couldn’t do enough to help, thanks to all the rest.

New campground right off the freeway. Sites are big and level. Only issue was the bathrooms/showers were up front, so a bit of a walk if you on the back half. I think they plan on expanding so probably will need to add another shower house.

Koa is very open space with paved sites mostly pull thru site.Pool , cornhole,horseshoes. They have two more phases in the planning stage. I wish they had a pickleball courts.

We stayed here for 2 months with 2 adults and 2 small kids (3,2). We enjoyed our stay so much! Pool is amazing. Lots of grass. Easy pull ins. Large sites. Bathhouses were always clean and water was always hot. Staff was very nice and accommodating!
