The staff is wonderful and the facility is beautiful. But I would never stay here again until the park decides to install a heater on the pool. For our family, we would have spent time at the pool every day, but because the water temps were so cold, this beautiful pool is useless in the winter months. Instead, we left the park for 1/2 of our 14 day stay to visit family with a heated pool.

Very nice park, clean. Office staff and maintenance staff are very accommodating. Sue at the counter was extremely helpful over my six week stay.

Prior to making reservations I was told that I could have a contractor come in to wax my vehicle. Prior to registration upon arrival I asked if I needed to pay a visitor fee for my contractor. Contractors don’t need to pay they just need to check in. Management came by and made the contractor who I pay by the hour leave the park stating that contractors were not permitted.

One night stay with a 36ft 5th wheel trailer. Lots are large and easy to navigate. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Lack of shade could be an issue for a longer stay in the summer. Would stay again if in the area.

Nice clean park, staff are great but row A backed up to Edwards road is so noisy with truck traffic you almost faint sit outside.

Probably the loudest campground I’ve ever been to. The noise in row A is unbelievable. The trucks seem To run all night & then again very loud at 5:30am.

Nice large level sites. Enjoyed the walkable community and the dog friendliness of the park….including double dog park. Also liked the lake and grounds.

Great clean park with great hosts and staff . Only downside was the road noise if you choose Row A. It’s acceptable, but be aware. Recommend to get sites as close to pond direction to minimize this noise, but costs go up for those sites.

The stay was good. We did have a concern on the number of motor homes that towed trailers and they often were over the space into the road.

Could not sleep at all. The truck noise was constant all night. Our site was back against the street.

Very nice place the pool needs heated. Your guests need to understand pet rules. A couple days the neighbors went out for the day and we had to listen to their dog bark all day. The other neighbor let their dog crap in their yard and put it in the black bag and stored it on top the picnic table for 2 days. The koa is a nice facility the guests need to be more courteous

Wonderful level sites, long enough to unhook and park in front of RV. Extra space between neighbors. Well maintained campgrounds, laundry has 6 washers, 8 dryers. Cold snap prevented use of pool but lots of seating. Not much shade from newly planted trees. Speed limit needs to be enforced especially with the staff driving golf carts.

Nice new park. We had a premium site near the pond that was very nice - large, paved, and equipped with table and chairs, glider, and fire pit. The other sites in the park are nice and big, have a gravel pull thru and a nice grassy area, but no furniture supplied. The pool is big, and there is a nice dog park. Lot's of stuff nearby including a WaWa and a Walmart. Right off I95 and the Turnpike

The layout is good but still lacking amenities which I believe will be coming later. We've been watching this KOA from the beginning in hopes of having a rally here for the Seal Muster in November. It's not there yet.

The place is ver clean bathrooms ,sites. People are nice and make sure place is kept up.The negetive is there is nothing for children except a dog park if you don’t have kids or if youhave animals this is your place .But hope fully they will see the reviews and change some things to get family’s meaning children,ball playing ,arcade ,heated pool and the place will be land mark to stop for fai

The location was very convenient and the facilities were well maintained and clean. My only comment was the noise from the adjacent road, which made it virtually impossible to relax outside our trailer or enjoy a nice campfire. Our sire was in the "A" row, so we were very close to the road; I imagine this would have been less of an issue for sites in other rows.

We stayed 27 days. The staff was friendly, and helpful. They took us to our site, stayed until we were backed in, pointed out a few things like where the water, the cable etc. Every day, twice a day, sometime more they would pick up out trash. Everyday they were working around the KOA to help keep it clean and safe for everyone. We enjoyed our stay and will be back this March.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sites are very large. The only things is if you plan a long stay I would recommend asking for a site away from the highway.

New campground right off the freeway. Sites are big and level. Only issue was the bathrooms/showers were up front, so a bit of a walk if you on the back half. I think they plan on expanding so probably will need to add another shower house.

Koa is very open space with paved sites mostly pull thru site.Pool , cornhole,horseshoes. They have two more phases in the planning stage. I wish they had a pickleball courts.

We stayed here for 2 months with 2 adults and 2 small kids (3,2). We enjoyed our stay so much! Pool is amazing. Lots of grass. Easy pull ins. Large sites. Bathhouses were always clean and water was always hot. Staff was very nice and accommodating!
