An unbelievable new KOA. Sites are extremely large. Big pool but not heated so even though this is south Florida it was to cold to swim in. Front desk extremely helpful.

Staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Picked up garbage at your site throughout the day. Decent sized sites with adequate room around the RV and distance between sites. Convenient to services and things to do around town. Had our RV serviced on site two times from a local mobile service. Entire campground kept clean and tidy

Didn’t like that I had to pay 10.00 for my daughter to visit. Notice most new KOA are getting pricey.

It was really good up until our last night/morning when all the water in the campground was shut off. We needed some water for our tank for traveling and there was no way to get water for our tank.

We are first timers to your campground and felt welcomed and appreciated.....from the first phone call to leaving and all questions in between Penny went out of her way to help and answer all questions.... really enjoyed our time there so much, we have made reservations for next year already!!!

Definitely one of the very nicest KOAs with 48 trailer sites, everything is new and clean, double fenced dog yards, very friendly staff, great hiking nearby, good TV and internet. This really tops my list.

Brand new campground. Very clean with nice big pull-thru sites. 2 separate dog parks were nice as well

The staff was pleasant, but the lack of laundry facilities and the pool being unheated was annoying. Especially given the price. The road noise was ridiculously loud!

Just stayed one night but it is a beautiful place. Road noise is loud at night and store is very scarce at this time. Probably will come back again next trip to the keys.

Great location for the visiting we had to do. Friendly professional staff and easy maneuverability. Only downsides were the noise from the trucks and the storm that came through...nothing you can control.

Need more conveniently placed doggie service stations. Sites are spacious and staff is super friendly and helpful. One third of the park is finished with more sites being added.

Very clean and easy to check in and out. Not much to do though, shows picture of kids playground on map but there's no playground.

Campground was very nice. We arrived for late check in and only stayed overnight on our way to Key West. We did not get to use any amenities. Site was easy to pull in and hook up in the dark with no issue. We would definitely like to stay again in order to enjoy the campground amenities.

Having two busy roads next to the resort is so loud. The pool is FREEZING and should be heated. I was surprised with it being brand new that they did not build this with a heated pool. Also, the bathrooms are WAY too far away from the majority of sites. No one wants to walk that far. They should have built another bathroom facility close to the other end.

Beautiful new campground - but if you don't stay in the first row, more expensive paved sites with a concrete patio, you will bring shell rock debris into your camper that tracks and sticks everywhere - especially when wet! Regular sites too expensive for that annoyance. Even tried our outdoor carpets but it didn't help. Staff were great, but I wouldn't stay again for that price and site type.

Very spacious, good cable and WIFI, good laundry. Close to a lot of shopping.

New campground right off the freeway. Sites are big and level. Only issue was the bathrooms/showers were up front, so a bit of a walk if you on the back half. I think they plan on expanding so probably will need to add another shower house.

Koa is very open space with paved sites mostly pull thru site.Pool , cornhole,horseshoes. They have two more phases in the planning stage. I wish they had a pickleball courts.

We stayed here for 2 months with 2 adults and 2 small kids (3,2). We enjoyed our stay so much! Pool is amazing. Lots of grass. Easy pull ins. Large sites. Bathhouses were always clean and water was always hot. Staff was very nice and accommodating!
