The sites are not gravel but rocks to cover the sand which is hard on the feet and sand gets everywhere. The traffic noise is terrible and there’s only two showers and too far away. They first put me on a spot next to a sewer lid which had a terrible odor. The only positive is the help who were nice.

Les sites sont grands, les installations sont supers et une vraie belle piscine même si l'eau n'est pas chauffée. Les hôtes et Diana sont accueillants, toujours prêts à aider. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

got in around 630pm into a pull thru site. noticed that the electric/water hookups were way behind the coach which I barely was able to reach with my electric cord and we are in a 45 foot motorhome. The only other thing was the noise of trucks at night due to local Florida dot repair work thru out the night. I'm sure just a temporary thing. It was convenient off of 95 for 1 night.

We only stayed overnight, but we found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The park itself is immaculate...and nice pet area!

We loved the time that we spent here! Everyone was super friendly and inviting. The dog park was perfect for our pup. Only downsides were its a little pricey and sometimes there were not so friendly dogs at the dog park so my pup couldn't go potty. Otherwise a very nice stay and great amenities.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, facilities were new and nice but traffic noise from nearby highway was loud and lasted all night. Very difficult to sleep.

Overall an “okay” time. Debbie had a forceful & lack of empathy approach. Also park staff live among the visitors and are continually peering into your space. Lack of sense of privacy. We continually felt like we were going to be “got onto” about something. We are trying to visit all the KOA in Florida, this stop was clean & well kept, mostly due to being new, but didn’t “Wow” us.

Beautiful facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, right off I95. The only drawback was the noise from the traffic on the road behind the campground.

Very friendly and helpful stay. Restrooms are new and well heated with hot water plentiful. Sidewals are amazing and 2 dog parks.

Beautiful KOA… lots a space and awesome pool and very clean bathrooms/showers. Lots of places to walk your dog. And if you feel like going out to eat, Red Lobster and Cracker Barrel minutes away ($7 Uber ride) Very friendly and helpful staff too!

We had one of the premier sites by the lake - concrete pad with the nice little picnic table and chairs and glider. We loved it. We did say that we weren't crazy about the other sites with the gravel. We much prefer concrete or asphalt sites. The people in the office and all the workers were extremely nice and helpful. We would most definitely stay there again.

Management extremely nice. It was very clean and well taken care of campground. It had a beautiful pool and a dog run. The bathrooms and showers were very nice but faraway from a lot of the sites. This Koa is more geared toward big RV's. I have teardrop camper. My site was next to a noisy road. It didn't work for me so I only stayed one night. Definitely could use a noise barrier.

Very friendly and competent staff, nice big sites not on top of the site next doors sewer. Beautiful pool area. Hopefully our next stay won't be so rainey and windy.

Beautiful new campground, excellent sites easy in and out. Only issue I had was with road noise, ie. Trucks, loud mufflers etc at night. Other than that I might stay in the back if we ever return. We tee the for one night on our way to the Keys.

Office or staff need to be available longer than 5 PM We don't want to use an emergency number for minor problems. Cable did not work properly

The hosts were very friendly and the campground is kept in excellent condition. The pool area is beautiful with lots of seating and the laundry room is conveniently located near the office. There are 2 dog parks located near the lake.

A brand new park, everything was pristine. Cable, WIFI all hookups were perfect. Diana in the office was very professional and helpful. When all the new trees grow in full, this will be one of the best parks in Florida! We were in a 27" "C" and faced the lake.

New campground right off the freeway. Sites are big and level. Only issue was the bathrooms/showers were up front, so a bit of a walk if you on the back half. I think they plan on expanding so probably will need to add another shower house.

Koa is very open space with paved sites mostly pull thru site.Pool , cornhole,horseshoes. They have two more phases in the planning stage. I wish they had a pickleball courts.

We stayed here for 2 months with 2 adults and 2 small kids (3,2). We enjoyed our stay so much! Pool is amazing. Lots of grass. Easy pull ins. Large sites. Bathhouses were always clean and water was always hot. Staff was very nice and accommodating!
