Freeport / Durham KOA Holiday General Information

CHECK-IN: Check-in is 12:00 PM for RV and Tent sites and 3:00 PM for Basic Cabins, Deluxe Cabins and Glamping Tent accommodations.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is 11:00 AM.
Guests are welcome to stay after Check-out time for a $10.00 fee, until 1:00 PM, provided that the site does not have an incoming reservation. Please check with the office.
*The latest a guest can stay after check-out time is 5:00 PM, provided that the site does not have an incoming reservation. The cost is 1/2 of the daily site fee. Please check with the office.

The Camp Store is located in the Main Building. The store includes Gifts, Toys, Souvenirs, Groceries, Camping and RV Supplies; everything you can imagine to make your camping experience fun-filled and unforgettable!

Firewood, Ice and Propane (refill of cylinders and/or motor homes) are available at the campground store. Please maintain our beautiful State so we will not become a victim of those tree-destroying insects. Buy your firewood where you intend to burn it. NO "Out-of-State" firewood is permitted onto our park.

We love pets here. Enjoy our 10,500-square-foot off-leash dog park! We DO NOT have a restriction on size, breed, or the number of pets you bring with you. We ask that you pick up after your pet(s) and follow all pet rules. All pets are REQUIRED to be on a leash when outside of the dog park. Leashes must be no longer than 6 feet. We allow pets in our Basic Cabins and Deluxe Cabin accommodations.  No pets are allowed in the Glamping Tent accommodation. There is a one-time fee of $25.00 to have a pet(s) stay in our Basic Cabins and Deluxe Cabin accommodations.

We welcome visitors. All visitors need to check in with the office and get a car pass and park in the visitor parking area. There is a visitor fee to visit someone staying at the campground. Registered campers are responsible for their visitors, and visitors will follow all campground rules as outlined in the Welcome Guide.

Visitors that are not staying with us are welcome to come and use the Pool with Water Slide, and Playground. Please call for more information and pricing.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and extend until 7:00 AM. We ask that all guests be respectful of other campers throughout their stay.We do not tolerate any load voices or music.Please know that if you experience a disrespectful neighbor and it is after hours, you may call the office number.

The Pool with Water Slide is OPEN 10 AM to Dusk, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.  Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. 15 year old children are not permitted to be the responsible person for under age children. Please follow all posted pool and water slide rules! Pool toys and accessories are available for purchase in the camp store! NO DOGS are allowed in the pool area.

The laundry room is open from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM. The Laundry room is located in the main office building with 4 washers and 4 dryers. All are coin operated. Change is available in the office along with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Restrooms are available 24 hours (except for the restrooms located in the Recreation Hall).No tokens, coins or codes are required for showers or bathroom entry. Please accompany small children during all visits to the bathrooms and advise a guest service member if you observe any malfunctions.

During your stay, your black and gray water tanks can be pumped out at your campsite (if you are on a water/electric/full-hook-up site). We do operate a "honey-wagon service" to come pump out the water/electric RV sites, if needed, during your stay. There is an additional fee for this service and there is no definite schedule, it is on an "as needed" basis, however, not before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM. Please call the office to schedule a pump-out. There is also a Dump Station on the campground that guests can use. There is no extra fee to use the Dump Station if you are a camping guest with us.

We allow you to bring both gas and battery-operated golf carts for your convenience at a given fee. Stop by the office at check-in to fill out a Liability Waiver and pay the fee for your stay. For more information, please call our office or email us.

Fireworks are never allowed.

Linen and towel sets are available for rent for those staying in a Basic Cabin, (Twin $18.00, Double $25.00). All sets include comforter, sheet set, pillows and towels.
All Deluxe Cabins and Glamping Tent accommodations come with linen and towel sets.
