All staff members were super helpful and friendly. Loved the fun activities available, such as pickleball and corn-hole. Only complaint was the "heated" pool was still very cold and we had to drive to the beach access. Will stay here again.

It was wonderful! The cabin on stilts was a very cool experience! The kids enjoyed the lazy river and pool! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank You!!!

This is an awesome KOA! It’s probably our favorite one we’ve stayed in so far. It’s across the street from the beach, away from the busy parts of Galveston, but just a short drive from everything. The lazy river is a great alternative to the main pool. The ball courts and all the other activities were great too. We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect for the 5 of us. We’ll definitely come

The Beachy Keen cabin we stayed in was very clean. Since there is a grill available for use at each cabin, I feel grill tools should be supplied. Floating devices should be available to check out for the lazy river. Very disappointed the pool was not heated as advertised. We had small children in our party that couldn't swim because the pool was too cold! The couch in our cabin was disgusting!

We stayed in a cabin. It was nice but overpriced. The heated pool and lazy river were very cold. I’m not sure we would stay there again.

To this point in time this is the nicest campground I’ve ever been in. I’ve been camping in many places in many different ways since I was eight or nine years old. This is the cleanest nicest one I’ve ever been in. The sites are awesome they’re so far apart, people are not right on top of each other. Your maintenance staff is doing a wonderful job keeping this place clean and pristine.

Tammy worked in the front office. She was very rude, she was arrogant, and acted as if she was miserable to be at work. She asked us rudely why our floor mat was dirty, and then denied our extended stay because we she was offended that we had a legitimate answer to her floor mat question. She was rude to my children, and my parents, and this is all different occasions, we were there to have fun.

A pleasant surprise. Anytime there is a buyout by a national chain I get concerned about the loss of the personal touch that the local owner used to provide. KOA did it right. Warm and welcoming staff clean facilities with good amenities. We will return for a month next year.

Great RV park and great staff. We stayed here a couple of years back and really enjoyed it. Now that KOA has purchased the park we like it even more. People are great, a lot of activities, clean facilities and grounds and heated pool, lazy river and of course the ever popular hot tub. Sites are not huge but well portioned so as to not feel crowded. Gulf is a short walk, what is not to love.

I loved everything about my stay. The cabin was up to date. Everyone was friendly and I received text messages letting me know what activities were going on for the day.

Highly recommend no kids in pool hot tub area after 8pm. Adults need time to. They can use the lazy river.

Friendly staff with a very nice welcome by Tim when we came in late. Thank you to the office staff who made arrangements for our cottage keys to be available in the cottage. Excellent communication by text messaging. Power was out for a short time while we were there and we were kept well informed. Clean facilities. Loved the number of activities available. This campsite is managed very well.

Our group of 7 had a great time. We loved the lazy river and all of the amenities that were offered. The cabin was a great place for three adults to share.

We stayed in Cabin B along with our dog. There were treats for the dog waiting. Our boys had a blast selecting who would sleep in the loft and who would have the bunk. We didn’t use the dog park because the entrance had a huge puddle due to rain, but there were plenty of stations. Our family had a blast!!

We stayed in the cabin. Clean and perfect for our family. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool and mom and dad loved the frozen cocktail machine in the main office. Was a relaxing weekend.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. It was right across from the beach which we spent lots of time at and when we weren't there, the campground was perfect for our three kids ages one, seven, and eight. There was so much for them to do the camp store was perfect for last minute items and saved a lot of time from having to drive 30 minutes to the nearest Walmart. We definitely plan on coming back

Overall the cabins and staff were nice. Frustrated w the added parking fee that was not on the website. The mattress in the loft was absolutely terrible. We tossed and turned for three nights and were dragging during the day.

We had a great weekend with family. We had RV sites 115, 116 and cabin B. I think the pool and lazy river could be treated better so the water would be clear. Restrooms could be cleaned better and more often. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. I like how this KOA sends out text message alerts for activities in the park and for weather. The campground itself is nice, however the cabins are a complete dumb. Highly disappointed in the condition. Very very dirty. Fan was loud and shook like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. The bedroom air conditioner was malfunctioning and loud so we couldn’t run it. There was mold in both of them. Water damage everywhere, dirt all over the walls. It definitely wasn’t COVID friendly. Was very disappointed in our experience this time.. we have been coming to this rv resort since day 1 . ( before KOA). It was disheartening to be treated rude at front desk( except for Jason ). I understand there are policies but everyone needs to be on the same page.. We spent a lot of money for our stay and still felt like we were getting nickeled and dimed .. Not sure if we will be back ..

Loved our stay here! The hot tub, pool, and lazy river are all heated and open yr round! All the staff was sweet and helpful with all our needs. They are kid friendly and dog friendly! It was about 30 min from the main restaurants on the seawall or strand. It was quiet and peaceful, the wifi reached to the far side of the park and it even allowed us to stream Disney+ each night! It was great stay we would highly recommend!

Absolutely a 👋 🌟 starts all day long. My wife & I had the best time ever staying here. Super helpful staff. Being new to the camping world they we're very helpful getting us set up & explaining the ropes to us. We will definitely be coming back to spend more time.
