Although the weather was not great we will definitely be back. Wifi leaves a lot to be desired. Paid the extra for better but still was very poor.

Nice park level site easy access. Full hook up. Nice pickleball courts. Pool looked great and a short walk to beach access. Staff was nice and place very clean.

Great stay, even during a blustery, wintry weekend! Tracy was very friendly and helpful at check in, the amenities are top notch (pool, lazy river and hot tub - all heated). Strong wifi with many WAP's throughout. Pull through spaces are all level concrete and the spacing between sites comfortable. The beach access is just a short walk and across San Luis Pass Road. Activity updates by text.

We are three groups of friends with three motor homes. They were so kind to get us all side by side. When one of our friends wound up in the hospital and we had to extend our stay they kept up together. Staff were kind and attentive to our needs. Beautiful and well maintained rv park!

WOW. This campground is spectacular. Heated pool and lazy river to help wile away the hours. Individual shower and washroom facilities are super clean. Laundry room has up to date machines that work. The sites are close but level. Just a cross the road from the beach. We will be back for a longer stay next time.

Great management and absolutely loved the heated pool and lazy river. Also had lots of activities going on every day. Communication was amazing. Who knew you could enjoy your stay like this even when the weather is cooler.. thanks!

Wish there had been an enclosed area and have cards or game nights. Activities were limited to what could be done outside and canceled for bad weather. Dog park very small there is a nice area behind maintenance building that could make a nice large dog park...alot of people now traveling with dogs. Nice beach access...beautiful area.

We had a great time. The heated pool and exercising in the lazy river was fantastic. Not to mention the beach accrossed the street. Can wait to come back again

Wifi was impossible to connect to- still working so I had to go to the clubhouse and sit at a picnic table outside beside the pool in the cold stiff breeze in order to answer my emails. The power went out while we were there, and the propane dispensary shut down because of a leak. The heated pool was not heated.

Every step of our experience with Galveston Island KOA was excellent. Reservations were made by phone with a very helpful phone associate. When we checked in we were greeted warmly, given all necessary information, and given an escort as we were first time rv'rs! Beautiful sparking clean park with a nice pool, hot tub and lazy river. Steps from beach. Counting days to return!

Even though it was just overnight but the campground was week kept and bathrooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

So nice! Right across the street from the beach. So a nice long walk is easy. The park is pristine and the amenities are exceptional! Frozen drinks! Hot Tub! Pool! Lazy river! A great place to stay.

We enjoyed the activities offered to us including crafts, bingo, yappy hour & happy hour with large frozen drinks sold for regular size. The park overall was very clean especially the bathrooms and showers. The employees were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We liked the spacious sites too.

Stopped for 2 nights on our way south. The facility is exceptionally clean, the staff were all professional and kind. Nice size level lots with picnic tables and a grill. I hope in the future they add a safe walking path to the beach area. We will definitely use /recommend this campgrounds again.

Loved our stay here! The hot tub, pool, and lazy river are all heated and open yr round! All the staff was sweet and helpful with all our needs. They are kid friendly and dog friendly! It was about 30 min from the main restaurants on the seawall or strand. It was quiet and peaceful, the wifi reached to the far side of the park and it even allowed us to stream Disney+ each night! It was great stay we would highly recommend!

Absolutely a 👋 🌟 starts all day long. My wife & I had the best time ever staying here. Super helpful staff. Being new to the camping world they we're very helpful getting us set up & explaining the ropes to us. We will definitely be coming back to spend more time.
