Great friendly service with lots of amenities, very well stocked store, and lots of great advice available too. We enjoyed the pool a lot and meeting other families. Women’s Bathrooms were not the cleanest and could use a little TLC.

One of the nicest rv parks we have visited! Beautiful place, great staff, nice pool. Our spot was spacious and the park is quiet. Very close to Otsego Lake State Park and an hour from machinaw and the ferry to Mackinac Island. Terrific KOA!

Very nice campground and helpful and friendly staff. Site was good size with patio and grill making it very pleasant. Would certainly return.

Our site was exactly like the picture I saw on line. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived. Restrooms were spotless. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

They trimmed there pine trees and didn’t warn us about the dripping sap that got all over everything including my dogs paws. Manager very unsympathetic and blew me off. Was just suggesting that you give people a heads up about it. I will not go back there mainly because of the managers response.

We had a great time camping with our friends. Very nice campground. There was lots of mosquitos and sand fleas. Spraying for bugs would be much appreciated.

First time at this location and with our camper. Check in was like checking into a hotel. Great service and great people taking care of the sites. Saw one of them helping another family that was having problems getting their camper set up. What a good service, clean park, dog friendly. We will be back!

very peaceful, quite, clean and relaxing campground. Enjoyed our stay very much. Campground attendees and employees were very helpful and went out of there way to make sure our stay was a success. Highly recommend this Campground for your Gaylord Grayling area stay and nearby Otsego County Park and Lake is beautiful

What an amazing experience! My grandson and i chose a cabin and it was spotless as was the entire campground, bathrooms and showers! The employees were friendly also!! We will definitely be back and ive shared my experience with all my family and friends!! Thank you gaylord!

The tree by our campsite 70 had a branch that was rotting and zip ties were used to hold it together. The putt putt golf course is very run down.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We checked the tree and found that someone had put zip ties there to hang something up. The tree is not compromised or we would have taken it down. Everything had been trimmed before the camping season.

We stayed in the middle of the week so we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. Our kids had a blast and many memories were made.

We've stayed at this koa several times, and usually it's a friendly and family oriented place. This trip was a bit different. From "Karen's" screaming at my 10 y.o. with special needs, after her children were harassing him, to being told the music was too loud, just seemed like the whole " good times" atmosphere has evaporated. I won't be back to this camp, there's too many camps with better vibes

Friendly staff, clean park & facilities. Our son loved all of the fun things to do, especially the bounce pad. Pet friendly park.

The campground was great! Our loop was full hookup. The facility were great. Staff was polite and very nice. Only draw back-there wood they sold was horrible, hard to burn.

Sorry you had a problem! We have seasoned wood, half hard wood half soft. You need to light the soft wood first to get the fire going, then add the hard wood.

I stay here all the time with my kids, I have never had a issue with staff they have always been friendly and helpful. everything has always been clean, plenty of nature and piece and quiet. as for the bad reviews it seems if you treat staff with respect they will treat you the same. My kids may get a little obnoxious time to time and get a little word from one of the staff but thats their job to keep the rules enforced, the staff always comes to me respectfully if theres a issue and i handle it, same goes with my dogs. The owners there bust their humps to make sure everone is happy and things are in order, they have gone out of their way with requst when i have asked them for something. Always a awesome, quite, fun and clean place to relax and enjoy the wilderness.

Georjean, Kristen and Stacy were awesome! They really accommodate my husband and I. I'm greatful for there wonderful service. The deluxe cabin was more than I anticipated. Very clean and modern, two decks, grill etc.. overall a great first time camping experience! Thank you KOA staff and be blessed!
