Very disappointing stay. Our site was the tiniest we have ever stayed on in four years of camping and the most expensive. Neighbors were entertaining every evening and talking within six feet of our bedroom window. They had set up camp on the line of electrical plug in. And dogs barking near us endlessly all day. Never went to pool or facilities, just too many people, too large of campground!

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. As I told you when you requested a quiet site away from children etc, it would be a very busy weekend due to the holiday. You probably would be better suited to not camping on a holiday weekend when it is busiest. Safe travels!

Magnificent facility and accommodations. Huge sites and great scenery. We come here every year for mushroom season and plan to keep doing so!

This was a so so visit. Neither us nor our neighboring campers had working cable and our multiple requests were somewhat ignored. Someone came out and looked around but we were never informed of status and no repairs were completed

We are sorry you weren't happy with your site. We did check our connection and it was fine. We also did try to get reception on your TV and it did not work. You had stated it was a new camper so you would check with the dealer. We hope you have safe travels!

Very quiet and peaceful...our site had a leaky water spicket and lots of tree roots but all facilities were clean and store attendant was very nice...

We are sorry about the spigot. We would have fixed it immediately if we had known about it. For future visits, please let the office know if there are any problems right away. Not as you are leaving. We hope to see you again!

By far the nicest, cleanest KOA I have ever stayed at. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The camp store was very nice and well stocked. It is such a beautiful setting.

We have stayed in KOA's and many other RV parks/resorts and campgrounds across the country. We find the Gaylord KOA to be one of the best for location, services and general operations.

This is a wonderful family friendly campground. Lots to do for the kids and super friendly workers and owners! Loved it here and hope to come back again!

Always have a great time, but mother nature had her way with wind and rain....but we still had a great stay in fact we stayed 6 days instead of 4 !!

Very enjoyable time spent at this well-run KOA. The Wi-Fi is the best we have ever encountered. Great place for kids. Plenty of room between sites.

Very nice, quiet and clean accommodations. Ground very sandy - gets everywhere when it rains. Needs an additional restroom/shower.

Quiet weekend in a quaint, clean cabin. Clean bathrooms and a great hot shower. Staff was great and I love that firewood was delivered right to our site! Will go again.

Well kept park - clean, quiet, well maintained. Owners take pride in the campground. I like a park where the other campers are respectful neighbors, and this campground fosters that. Great WiFi. Like the proximity to the Pigeon River State Forest.

Nice kampground but the bathrooms need to be updated. Need separate shower stalls, so everyone’s dirty water doesn’t drain into the shower your in. Trees need to be trimmed in the path of pulling trailers in and out.

I stay here all the time with my kids, I have never had a issue with staff they have always been friendly and helpful. everything has always been clean, plenty of nature and piece and quiet. as for the bad reviews it seems if you treat staff with respect they will treat you the same. My kids may get a little obnoxious time to time and get a little word from one of the staff but thats their job to keep the rules enforced, the staff always comes to me respectfully if theres a issue and i handle it, same goes with my dogs. The owners there bust their humps to make sure everone is happy and things are in order, they have gone out of their way with requst when i have asked them for something. Always a awesome, quite, fun and clean place to relax and enjoy the wilderness.

Georjean, Kristen and Stacy were awesome! They really accommodate my husband and I. I'm greatful for there wonderful service. The deluxe cabin was more than I anticipated. Very clean and modern, two decks, grill etc.. overall a great first time camping experience! Thank you KOA staff and be blessed!
