Loved this campground. Roads were wide and sites were very spacious. Very nicely kept campground. I have already added this to my list of favorite campgrounds. We will definitely be back on our travels from PA to UP MI.

We had a nice long pull thru site for a one night stay. We did not have to unhook the towed car (but we did). Everyone was friendly. Utilities were in the usual expected place and easy to hook up. Power was clean and 120-125V. We have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Staff is always really friendly! Park is clean, sites are nice size! Fire pits could be a little bigger or off the ground for cooking with a grate makes it really hard.

The campground is nice, clean and affordable. Our cabin was clean. The campground it self was quiet and enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was not much for the kids to do without having to pay for it. Otherwise I highly recommend for a nice getaway

Basically the stay was fine. The only problem we one of the female staff members was not very friendly. Wish I would of got her name.

Everything and everyone was perfect. Well except for the beds in the cabins. Very uncomfortable. Other than that, the stay was fantastic.

Our latest stay was very relaxing, warm weather, site was spacious,level,clean,sun and shade (which was perfect), and great pool! Who could ask for anything more? Will be back in October.

Bathrooms are spotless, the facilities are well equipped and the RV Park is run very professionally.

27 ' for 2 nights 2 1/2 years full time........office staff really effiecient (we had to change reservation 3X, escort to site, secuiryt gate, shady lots everywhere, too bad for sattelite people, but cable was good PBS. nature trails well maintained. didn't go into town

Love the area but the campground could use some sprucing up. We stayed in the deluxe cabin. Have stayed in it before. Needs a little TLC. Window trim is rotting, could use a gutter, and we had a mouse visiting us at night. Small things make a big difference. Love the size of the park.

My only negative comment is the accessibility of the restrooms. The wheelchair access is through the laundry area; this is fine. The navigation through the terrain to get there is a bit scary. The side walk is very uneven due to tree roots. I am blessed because we have a washer in our unit. I only navigated the area once.

The campground was nice, lots of mature trees; the mosquitoes though were horrible! I don’t think I ever stayed at a campground with so many mosquitoes; we used bug spray but it didn’t help much; the cabin we stayed in was ok; very small but expensive! multiple blind slats in the bedroom were missing so it didn’t matter if you closed them or not;air conditioner was very noisy;

The staff was wonderful! The campground was very nice, and, even though the virus has stifled some things, the campground still had lots of safe things to do. Was a very clean and friendly place to stay. We will certainly stay there again!

Awesome site #25 Only one bad thing to say, way to many stumps on the sites to trip over, someone could have a bad stay if got hurt walking at night w/o some sort of flash light.

We really, really enjoyed the campground and staff. Our only disappointment is that we had to pay extra for things (play area, golf, etc) that are free at other campgrounds. Also, the firewood was awful. So green it didn't burn. Other than that, we were "very happy campers" :-) Your staff are awesome!

Amenities were nice but we did not like the staff. They said rude comments to us and our guests and were unreasonably strict. I don't think it's appropriate to let guests post political signs on their site during their stay. Pathways and sites have bad roots that make it difficult for less able bodied people to get to the bathrooms and are trip hazards. Full hook up was nice and WiFi was good.

Sites are nicely spaced (not too crowded) and very clean. Management is quick to respond whenever contacted.

Customer service was mediocre. Not much hospitality . For a holiday KOA I was not impressed by the amenities or quality of camp sites. Cabin was clean . Staff always harassed about parking . Bathrooms not kept during day and appears no effort made to make Door handles Covid compliant such as foot handles on bathroom or common doors . Pretty boring stay if youR counting on This KOA to make it Fun.

Actually our bathrooms are kept clean all day. Unfortunately we do not have staff that can be at the doors all day and to wipe the handles. And I was surprised when you told us that your son did not want to participate in anything in our activity area. He would have had fun.

Everything was great people were nice, bathrooms were clean, cabin was excellent for my 4.5 & 6.5 year old and myself, activities were fun. Great place we plan on coming again

We stayed 3 night and even though it was just 2 adults it was great put put was cheap and fun!!!! We were amazed at how well kept the bathrooms were even when every site was booked. We will definitely camp here again and bring the kids next time.

Awesome, beautiful park. True "Up North" feel and get-a-way. Close to Traverse, Mackinaw and Petosky. Owners are awesome people and love their daughter, Stacey!

Needs some TLC. Bathrooms need to be updated. The pool was great and we enjoyed it every much. We have stayed on sites 36 and 74 too many trip and fall hazards for us. The campground is every convenient for us; but not sure if we would go back. My wife uses a walker and needs a level site. More attention to detail is needed. On the positive side it was very quite and relaxing.

I called to make the reservation( as I needed 3 sites) I spoke with Becky. She was a very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. She got the sites as close together as she could. When we checked in , we were escorted to our sites. We were all together! We later met Dave and his daughter. Dave informed us he had made some changes to ensure we were together. The staff was very rude, and there wasn't a lot of activates offered like other KOAs. On top of that they sent me a survey in Spanish, maybe because they thought I wouldn't write a review.

Campground was quiet, accept for large dogs by dog park. They we’re on a lead but they lunged at my dog and barked very aggressively, scared us big time. Why do you put people with those types of dogs near the dog park? Seems like an opportunity for trouble. This is the only thing I disliked about this KOA.

I stay here all the time with my kids, I have never had a issue with staff they have always been friendly and helpful. everything has always been clean, plenty of nature and piece and quiet. as for the bad reviews it seems if you treat staff with respect they will treat you the same. My kids may get a little obnoxious time to time and get a little word from one of the staff but thats their job to keep the rules enforced, the staff always comes to me respectfully if theres a issue and i handle it, same goes with my dogs. The owners there bust their humps to make sure everone is happy and things are in order, they have gone out of their way with requst when i have asked them for something. Always a awesome, quite, fun and clean place to relax and enjoy the wilderness.

Georjean, Kristen and Stacy were awesome! They really accommodate my husband and I. I'm greatful for there wonderful service. The deluxe cabin was more than I anticipated. Very clean and modern, two decks, grill etc.. overall a great first time camping experience! Thank you KOA staff and be blessed!
