We stayed in one of the primitive cabins near the bathrooms and pool. The cabin was very clean and worked well for our needs. All facilities were very clean. I didn't give 5 stars only because this campground doesn't have as many things to do as others I have seen, but we did enjoy how quiet it was here.

Pro's clean bath & shower curtain, quiet, nice camp store, friendly staff. Con's - the floor in our cabin was filthy! Yes, I realize its a cabin, but a walk from the bed to the bathroom and my feet turn black. Would loved a doormat for shoes. swiffered and cleaned the entire floor and used a towel as a doormat. Mouse droppings in drawers. For price, I shouldn't clean.

Friendly service when making the reservation, in the store and around the camp. Rustic cabin was perfect for my needs. Camp was clean and well maintained.

Our stay was amazing! We choose a cabin and it was clean and fit our needs well. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the bathroom be cleaned more frequently.

Wonderfull experiance everytime my familly comes here, lots of fun things for kids and adults to do as well. Nice organized and well stocked store on premisis with a very friendly and helpfull camp staff. Well maintained facility.

My only complaint was the cabin awning/roof was too low. It’s about 5’5” and I hit my head on it a few times, once cutting my head. Besides that, the kids had a nice time.

What an amazing experience! My grandson and i chose a cabin and it was spotless as was the entire campground, bathrooms and showers! The employees were friendly also!! We will definitely be back and ive shared my experience with all my family and friends!! Thank you gaylord!

We've stayed at this koa several times, and usually it's a friendly and family oriented place. This trip was a bit different. From "Karen's" screaming at my 10 y.o. with special needs, after her children were harassing him, to being told the music was too loud, just seemed like the whole " good times" atmosphere has evaporated. I won't be back to this camp, there's too many camps with better vibes

Quiet weekend in a quaint, clean cabin. Clean bathrooms and a great hot shower. Staff was great and I love that firewood was delivered right to our site! Will go again.

It was o.k. Expensive for what we got. The equipment for rent was very dirty as well as the bounce pad. Would not use them. The people were very friendly. However, no one wore a mask in the store. Not sure why.

This is the most beautiful KOA I have ever stayed in. The trees and grounds are just beautiful. Everything is clean and neat. The owners are so nice! We had a wonderful 2 week stay!

The cabin we stayed in was very clean and nice except for the bed. It was in horrible shape , broken down and made terrible noise at the slightest movement. It was a sleepless and painful 2nights. The campground was very nice though.

Every time we stay at the Gaylord KOA we love it. The staff is always friendly and around if you need help. If you have never stayed at the Gaylord KOA I definitely recommend you do.

Our stay at Gaylord KOA was perfect, as usual. This is our home away from home. Always a friendly atmosphere. The hosts are the best! The park is kept up, bathrooms are clean, store has all you need, smiling faces and more. We look forward to next camping season.

Everything was absolutely WONDERFUL. The owners were very warm friendly and inviting. My cabin was the best. included in my package was a Microwave, Refrigerator, Flat Screen, Bunk Bed, full size fold out bed and Wi-Fi. This camp site is truly a GEM.... See you next year���

I stay here all the time with my kids, I have never had a issue with staff they have always been friendly and helpful. everything has always been clean, plenty of nature and piece and quiet. as for the bad reviews it seems if you treat staff with respect they will treat you the same. My kids may get a little obnoxious time to time and get a little word from one of the staff but thats their job to keep the rules enforced, the staff always comes to me respectfully if theres a issue and i handle it, same goes with my dogs. The owners there bust their humps to make sure everone is happy and things are in order, they have gone out of their way with requst when i have asked them for something. Always a awesome, quite, fun and clean place to relax and enjoy the wilderness.

Georjean, Kristen and Stacy were awesome! They really accommodate my husband and I. I'm greatful for there wonderful service. The deluxe cabin was more than I anticipated. Very clean and modern, two decks, grill etc.. overall a great first time camping experience! Thank you KOA staff and be blessed!
