Spacious campground where there is reasonable space between camp sites. Not many Covid precautions visible. The biggest negative is the unpaved, sandy roads. Everything is covered with a layer of sand as a result.

We were quite surprised & pleased with the Gaylord KOA. Clean, roomy and friendly. We didn't know it was there but we will definitely be back. Thank you.

Staff is great and the campground is well-maintained and fairly clean. However, some of the facilities and amenities definitely show their age and could use an update. As a comparison, I have stayed at campgrounds with much newer amenities for a cheaper price than I paid for here.

This is our favorite campground ever. Plenty to do in the area, not a bad drive to Mackinaw. Staff is very friendly and and the camp is kept clean. Can't wait to return next month.

Camped with my grandsons, ages 7 & 5. There was so much for them to do, they refused to go anywhere else, including the beautiful Mackinac Bridge. Very clean, awesome customer service. My oldest grandson said we're going there again next camping trip but we're staying for a whole week next time! We'll definitely be seeing you again!

Arrival and check in went smoothly. The park employs friendly staff, all buildings were clean and well stocked, and the park has a nice ambiance to it.

Staff was wonderful from the time of reservation all through our stay. This was our first camping trip in our new RV and it Was a very positive experience!! Very clean and staff was always around which made me feel taken care of. Thank You!!

The spaces are a little tight and with towing a car w had a hard time getting out even tho we had a pull though.

Restrooms are always, and continue to be, immaculate - thank you. Only complaint is the campfire wood - green, very hard to create or maintain a campfire.

This is a well-kept campground with very friendly staff. Our family played many games of pool as well as board games in the game room. The swimming pool was very clean. We enjoyed the mini-golf course twice as a family. My boys LOVED the trampoline basketball area. The jumping pillow was pretty dirty and often under inflated or wet from rain. WiFi worked well.

Location was good. This koa is average and the sites seem worn out...lots of sandy dirt and not many grassy areas.

We had a very nice lot, but the neighbors were very loud, kids fighting, doors slamming past 10pm at night. We are elderly, and go to bed early, so this was a problem for us. Otherwise, I would have given this KOA a top rating.

Very nice campground. Clean and quiet. I would really like to see recycling on site. Don’t know if it is because the city doesn’t recycle?

I stay here all the time with my kids, I have never had a issue with staff they have always been friendly and helpful. everything has always been clean, plenty of nature and piece and quiet. as for the bad reviews it seems if you treat staff with respect they will treat you the same. My kids may get a little obnoxious time to time and get a little word from one of the staff but thats their job to keep the rules enforced, the staff always comes to me respectfully if theres a issue and i handle it, same goes with my dogs. The owners there bust their humps to make sure everone is happy and things are in order, they have gone out of their way with requst when i have asked them for something. Always a awesome, quite, fun and clean place to relax and enjoy the wilderness.

Georjean, Kristen and Stacy were awesome! They really accommodate my husband and I. I'm greatful for there wonderful service. The deluxe cabin was more than I anticipated. Very clean and modern, two decks, grill etc.. overall a great first time camping experience! Thank you KOA staff and be blessed!
