This was our first visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next year during peak season so we can enjoy your swimming pool. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and unlike so many other campgrounds, the internet worked exceptionally well. Looking forward to seeing you next year!

We had 3 camper in our group! Everything was fine except our lots were mostly sand! We prefer grass so we don’t track in camper! Burn pit was very close to our camper we use my sisters fire ring!

We had a site that was all sand and not level from tree roots. There was one that when we came out of the camper that was right there, we had to put our picnic table over that one and by the fire pit was several more so it was hard to sit and visit with everyone . Was very disappointed this time

You run a very clean and organized campground. We stayed there because it was the best choice in the area. The purpose of our trip was to attend a 90th birthday party for a family member. Because we were with family Sat, Sun, and Mon, we did not use many of your facilities.

We loved it. My 6 grandkids had a blast! The people who ran it were great. Very friendly!! They stuck to their rules and made the trip enjoyable. I would not only recommend it I will go back again. We talk about all of my family making it a yearly thing!!!

Friendly staff. It rained a lot but restrooms were maintained very well. Campers trash was picked up regularly. Staffs presence was very visible all weekend. Had a great time.

Should have the no atv rule posted first. Especially in that area with so many trails.

Actually it is stated on the confirmation you received when you made your reservation. My recommendation would be to check with the campgrounds before reserving. No all allow atv's to be ridden in their parks.

Nice and clean, I love the escort to our site, in the dark it was helpful having someone direct us to unfamiliar territory. Our grandson loved the pedal car rentals, great fun!

Only stayed one night, but staff were very welcoming. Facilities are not wheelchair accessible - definite problem with campground.

We have stayed at this KOA several times over the years. This was our first time to use the pool and we were told when we checked in that the pool was heated. We were excited! We went to the pool and it was anything but warm. It was cold!

The campground was kept spotless throughout the entire summer. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful ALL the time! We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying there this summer!

We had a wonderful stay, accommodations clean and staff very friendly, the only reason for a 4 rating and we would like to have improved are the roads, very dusty, we feel blacktop roads would be a great improvement...

This KOA should concentrate on improving their "pot filled" muddy roads instead of worrying about a 2nd vehicle on your site! Especially when your site is accommodating. Will not be returning!

It is hard to keep the roads from being muddy etc when it is raining for 3 days. And we have never allowed more than one car to a site which is stated on the confirmation you received. We hope you find somewhere that more suit your needs. Safe travels.

Great campground, wish there was just a little more room between sites. We felt we were in our neighbors area with the fire and the smoke had to be bothering them. Also bigger fire rings

I am relatively to to RVing and have only been in several parks but this one was hands-down the best. Great facilities and impeccably clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay here again if ever in the Gaylord area.

Nice woodsy sites, clean bathrooms, great WIFI, great location, nice people working there. Would stay again. However sites are mostly dirt and become puddles after rain. Mini golf feature in dire need of an upgrade.

I stay here all the time with my kids, I have never had a issue with staff they have always been friendly and helpful. everything has always been clean, plenty of nature and piece and quiet. as for the bad reviews it seems if you treat staff with respect they will treat you the same. My kids may get a little obnoxious time to time and get a little word from one of the staff but thats their job to keep the rules enforced, the staff always comes to me respectfully if theres a issue and i handle it, same goes with my dogs. The owners there bust their humps to make sure everone is happy and things are in order, they have gone out of their way with requst when i have asked them for something. Always a awesome, quite, fun and clean place to relax and enjoy the wilderness.

Georjean, Kristen and Stacy were awesome! They really accommodate my husband and I. I'm greatful for there wonderful service. The deluxe cabin was more than I anticipated. Very clean and modern, two decks, grill etc.. overall a great first time camping experience! Thank you KOA staff and be blessed!
