Spent one night here in April and would definitely come back. We drive a 40 Class A with a tow vehicle. We fit into a pull-through without problem and the sites were level. Staff was extremely friendly. If you stop here you definitely have to walk west about .5 miles to view the world’s tallest easel sporting a replica of a van Gogh Sunflower painting.

This KOA is one of our favorite stop overs on our way west. Ray and his son Do an outstanding job of managing it. Level sites and all amenities work as they are supposed too. Easy on and off I-70. We highly recommend this business.

Everything was fine. When I checked in there was no one at the office. They just had names on the front door of what site we where to park at. It's early in the year but they had a pretty good crowd. I designated that I had a pickup and 27' travel trailer. I chose the pull through spot. It's barely large enough as I almost stuck out at the front and rear. Overall my stay was good.

The grounds of the campground were in great shape, and the facilities were clean. Getting in and out was easy also. The staff was excellent and explained the area thoroughly.

Ray went out of his way to make our stay very pleasant. The facility was very neat and clean and organized. Would definitely recommend staying here anytime you’re passing through Goodland

Small Park, with small fenced dog area, not big enough for our 40 lb dog to run in. Swimming pool not open yet and akin to a frog pond now. Nice man at Office. No propane on site. Very basic park. Level site. Walmart within few miles.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Like most campgrounds with outdoor pools we open it for the Memorial Day weekend. Currently it is being drained in preparation for painting. Also, one week ago we still had snow and were having to turn off water. We do have three acres of mowed field where you can let your dog off the leash.

Good campgrounds are scarce in this part of Northwest Kansas/Northeast Colorado, and the Goodland KOA was perfectly located for our needs. The camp was neat and clean, with a good variety of camping options (RV sites, tents, cabins) and amenities (showers, laundry, playgrounds). The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.

It is an older KOA, but kept up nicely. The gentleman working there was very friendly. I would stay there again!

This was a great last minute stay for us. The facilities were well kept and you could tell some updating had happened. Our site was flat and long enough for our 40' MH and pickup truck. The picnic table was new and clean. All the connections worked. Goodland, KS was an okay town. Not a ton to do but quiet. We stayed 4 nights and would seek it out for another stay if needed.

Only stayed 1 night, the service was great. We had a broken window and the manager provided duck tape and cardboard for a quick solution. We really appreciated his help it was about about 7pm when arrived and he was there to help. �

We stayed there in mid April 2021. It was very early in the season, but the park was busy. Ray was amazing. Very accommodating and eager to do whatever he could to make our stay pleasant. It snowed the day we were supposed to leave, so Ray allowed us to stay an extra day so we could travel safely. We will be back!

Very well kept campground with a very clean bathroom and shower. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and great to deal with. If I was to make one recommendation, it would be to add freeze proof hydrants at each site so the water wouldn't have to be turned off, just disconnected, when below freezing. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Traveling across Kansas this KOA was the only place at our stopping range. Booked on line. Upon arrival learned the water was off, we had booked for full hook ups to we could do laundry. Owner let us fill our water tank at the office. Sites were level, good utilities, quiet park.

Very cold and just a few days before closing for the season. Water was shut off, but owner helped me pump water from in front of the office into my tank and also let me use the dump station next to the office so I could flush my tanks clean, since this was my last night for the season. Very accommodating and helpful.

The cabin was nice and clean. The only suggestion I might have is to provide an info sheet on the campground even if a late check in. All we had was a hand written cabin number on a sticky note sized paper. No other information at all about the campground regarding facilities.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

All late night arrivals have an individual full page site map waiting for them in our night registration area, which is our laundry room. It is always either taped to the wall or on the table, but you may have missed it. It gives you site/cabin location, WIFI and restroom info.
