Could you use a little more gravel around sites. Otherwise very nice place. Great pet area in the rear of park.

This was our 2nd stay in 10 days and great in all ways. If we are back in the area we would stay there again. Great welcoming staff. Fenced dog run area, exceptionally clean premises with wonderful showers 5+ stars. 2nd stay as good as 1st.

Friendly staff. Was a bit disappointed that there was not a pull thru site or dump at the site but the dump station was easy access.

Thanks for staying with us, however making a reservation an hour before arrival the same day, you get what's available.

We’ve stayed at this KOA many times and it’s a nice campground. I scheduled our stay on the web through KOA. I ordered a pull through with full hookups. When we arrived I was told we only had electric and water. I was told they were full and couldn’t get what I ordered. Why did my order go through yet it wasn’t what I wanted. I’m pissed at this incident and told when ordering. Not

It clearly states on the website what the site amenities that you reserved online are so you did get what you ordered. There is nothing more we can do when we are fully booked! You are in control of making online reservations.

The people were great. The site was ok except it was close to a busy trucker route so we heard big trucks all night.

It was fine for a night. I thought it was strange that we were put right next to another camper when there were plenty of unreserved spots. And our site had a picnic table that was totally covered in bird crap and not at all useable. It didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned. The positives are that it was easy to find and quiet especially considering how packed in everyone was.

We have not placed a single tenter next to anyone during the 2020 season but cannot control others who come in after hours. Tables do get cleaned and painted regularly but cannot do anything unless you actually mention it while your here and not after the fact; nor can we control nature.

Don’t waste your money unless you like to live like sardines. Nasty place. Rude dude at front desk. Very disappointed.

You made an online reservation for a water/electric only back-in site (the last avail. 50 amp site) the day before arrival and then complained when we could not move you to a FHU Pull-thru since they were all reserved. Per KOA policy, you should have asked for a refund within the first hour so another camper could have the site.

We actually booked here by mistake. We had stayed at a RV park in a nearby town a year ago and thought this was the same place. Glad we stayed here instead. Nice staff and owner. Lots of room for walking the dog. Not close to the interstate so it was quieter than the other park . We will stay again. Thank you

Always feel safe and comfortable staying at Goodland during road trips. The last stay there I found someone in my spot I reserved, I arrived late as I had informed staff, picked up my reservation slip from the laundry area on way in, proceeded to site 156 and it was occupied. I was tired and just wanted to sleep so moved to 154. I spoke briefly with the people in my spot, they had no idea. ?.
