Our sight was clear at the end next to the highway. Lots of highway noise. It was hot and we couldn't draw enough amperage to power anything except a/c and then only one compressor on low fan. So we sat in the dark and ate cold food. Too far away from the power source i guess since we were at the end of the line and the park was full. Everything else was fine.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

YOU booked a 30 amp site ONLINE rather than the 50 amp site necessary to run two A/C units! There is nothing wrong with the park amperage or the electrical on the site you were on.

Friendly Staff and welcome. Site was a nice level site, clean, well maintained. Easy location, close to the highway and to shops/restaurants. Only negative with being close to highway is road noise.

Small, quaint, and a lovely respite off the road. The owners were so wonderful. Showers, restrooms and laundry were very clean and well maintained.

Very nice KOA!! We requested a tent site with our cargo trailer and they were kind enough to give us a large site that accommodated our needs. The facility was clean, quiet, and had ample shade. 5 stars for sure!

We were there only 12 hours so didn’t get the whole experience. The site was beautiful and clean. Only gave 4 stars since we were hoping to use the pool but it didn’t open until 1.

Nice campground. It’s set back from the interstate so it’s quieter than most. The pool was very refreshing. Showers were clean and neat.

The Goodland KOA was a nice place to stay overnight. It was small, but very well taken care of. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again.

The pool is cleaned and treated daily. Leaves do blow in on windy day. Thanks for staying with us!

The owners were warm, personable and very helpful. The campground facilities were clean, tidy and well organized. Our only concern is that the spaces seemed very close to one another. A travel trailer pulled by a family with two young children pulled in directly next to us and we could hear the children and occasionally the adults in their trailer, until we turned on our air conditioner.

Great spot for a one night stay, close to the HWY and a cute town to stay in. Owners were very friendly and very easy to check in. They have a cable box if you have cable cords with you.

This is a gem of a campground! Not too big, not too small. Easy access from the highway to the campground and nice sites. Super nice and friendly staff!

Check in great. Great location on and off 70W. Large pull thru site did not have to remove tow. Would stay there again

The office has very short hours and we never saw a anyone working there during our stay. The picnic tables were nice vinyl, but dirty with lots of bird droppings

This was a very affordable Journey KOA. It was not a resort KOA, but was actually better than some destination or resort KOAs that we have stayed at in the past. We met the owner and he was very nice - and helpful. A good experience overall.

As a professional bs-ser I couldn't find a friendlier koa host. Ray took the time to talk to me about everything I asked. Closes for the winter.
