Nice, long pull-thru sites and clean restrooms. Super cool cable with guide and separate remote. Easy access from I-70. No shade and odd hours for the office.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

About 1/2 of our sites have shade; but many campers prefer open sites so they can use their satellite. Not much more we can do. Since we are a "pass thru" campground; normally there is no one here between 10:00 and our 2:00 pm check in time. Subsequently we close the office to work onsite then.

The owner was SO kind. We called a few weeks ago. They were full. We booked at another private place. It was a nightmare, run down, nothing like website. Tired after 10 hours driving and not knowing where to stay, we said a prayer and called again. The owner was so gracious. He found an overflow spot and got us right in.

The facility was okay. Landscaping is in need of work. Restroom is very clean. The front desk was super nice. The owner is a nice person. One thing to keep in mind. If you arrive and the office is locked up, check the list of assigned sites on the window. It’s easy to miss this list. I suggested a larger sign pointing this list out. Good place for a night or two.

With no rain for over 4 weeks and 90-100 degree temperatures, the landscaping will definitely be dry.

One major problem: the men's room was dirty in both of my stays. In addition to cleaning, men's room could use a refurbish. This was an unfortunate finding in what is a good campsite overall.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Restrooms are cleaned every morning from 10:30-12:00. Unfortunately campers do not always keep them clean. We can't clean any other time since they are being used.

Had all the basic KOA amenities, but sites were so close that my slide interfered with my neighbor's picnic table and the other neighbor's slide interfered with mine.

This was a great stopover when we were traveling from Ohio to Colorado. We loved it so much, we stayed again on the way back to Ohio. Very clean cabins, clean and detailed property, very very very clean bathrooms!!!

Nice small campground with level gravel sites. Thanks to Ola I was able to get a 50 amp back in site which was nice and we needed to disconnect the car to go to dinner anyway.

Was a quick pass through stay on trip coming from Cheyenne Wy back to Oklahoma. Enjoyed staying at the clean facilities.

Stayed overnight on the way from Missouri to Colorado. Tight fit for large rigs. Luckily there was an empty spot in front of us so we could pull forward as there was going to be a very difficult way for us to leave our spot wi5bout moving landscaping.

Very nice campground, clean and well maintained. This was just an overnight stay and we were placed in the front portion of the park. This made for easy departure in the morning. Needed to use the operator’s remote to watch tv, worked exactly per the simple instructions.

This is the third time we have stayed there and we have never been disappointed. Sites are level. Good WiFi. Place is neat and clean especially the bathrooms. Great water pressure in the shower! Good land has nice restaurants and we watched the community parade this time. Excellent experience.

We stayed two nights and were able to enjoy the pool one afternoon. I would always prefer that KOA operators would open the pool for adult swimmers in the morning before check out time but I have yet to see one that provides that consideration. Park is well located. It has very convenient hookups, clean restrooms and even offers a good many spaces with shade trees to moderate Kansas summertime.

Very friendly and clean!! Our campsite was quite unique being frog themed and I LOVED IT!! We found the tin man but not the Dorothy, Toto, Scarecrow, or the Lion.
