This is a very nice, clean, well accommodating park. It was really nice after 14 hours of travel to pull in and have a pizza delivered to the camper, even though we had a easy dinner planned. We could not hear the interstate traffic at all, which is another plus!! We will stay here again!

Good for a one night stop. Sewer hookup for our site was very close to neighbor’s picnic table. Nice playground for kids.

Great stopping point to rest and relax on a long journey. Loved the pizza and delivery option. Nice campground, peaceful, but still close to the freeway.

Spent 4 nites, very well maintained park, nice dog areas, which includes country dirt road for extended walk time. Close to interstate but just far enough and with all the trees it lends to a quiet night, very pleased with that. Overall very nice to stay.

Sites are too small, the Class A next to us was so close couldn’t put my awning out. His slide was 1 foot from our picnic table, couldn’t sit there. Never heard of a KOA that takes a 12:00-2:00 lunch and no one in office. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up. There were no threads on sewer connection so had to put boards on top to hold it down. They advertise cable but wasn’t wor

Grand Island KOA is a lovely campground in the country. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer.

One of the best KOA locations we have been to in our travels. Easy access to and from I-80 with little or no road noise. Clean and very well organized. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will plan a trip to camp again at Grand Island KOA.

No hot water available at any bathroom in the morning. Could not take a shower. (Note: our previous stay at this KOA did have hot water). Other than that, it was nice with surrounding corn fields.

Strange policy of locking the office doors from 12-2 everyday. When we pulled in at 1:50 there were 5 RVs waiting. The sites are narrow and park not well manicured. I would look for a different spot in the future.

The person who greeted us as first time campers and new arrivals was extremely rude. He was clearly frustrated that his staff was not onsite to open the office at the stated 2pm time or check in any of the 6 campers waiting and took his frustrations out on his waiting customers. I was uncomfortable and offended by his remarks.The facilities were adequate thus the 3 rating. We will not return.

Very Quiet. Place is very clean, and the hosts are friendly and helpful. This is a fantastic place to stay. Country setting, and easy access to local attractions and ammenities. Definitely a place to keep in the travel plans.

The campground was easy to find. Overall it was clean but the staff was not overly friendly. Just coming from spending two weeks at another KOA prior to this one I was surprised. The washers were old and out of order. It was fine for an overnight but I definitely would not spend more than a day at this KOA.

It was late in the season. We decided to stay here when my wife and I came down to visit family. The cabin was super cool. Place was clean and tidy and other than a few esthetic flaws it was in good repair. The patio was perfect to get together and spend time playing cards or just talking. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. It really was incredible. The loft for my daughter was great. The pull out couch option was ridiculous. That thing should have been replaced 20 years ago. We had a few treats on the counter and got over run by ants 🐜 the last nite. Notified the staff and they brought us an organic ant spray that work instantly. The maintenance guy even paid us for our lost treats.

Best facilities we've experienced on our trip so far. Excellent wifi as well. Store was near barren however. Nothing but beer and a few soft drinks.
