This is a nice, clean, small KOA with great staff! It just so happened that we had a major hydraulic failure on our 5th wheel which threatened to leave us stranded. They worked with us to allow us to stay an extra night, helped us find help and the Home Depot, and when we needed some extra people to manually push in the slides they were there for that too! Truly great memories of this KOA!

The patio sites are fabulous! Bathroom and shower rooms were very nice! Great KOA just traveling for the night!

We were so tired when we got there. I walked in the office and found I had made reservations for the wrong month. The man at the counter immediately saw the problem and corrected my mistake. He found me a site for the correct stay and I was on my way. I wish it was always that like that when there is a problem. I highly recommend Grand Island KOA.

Always friendly people at KOAs. Our check in and food orders were perfect. However, we were insisted upon to park our motorcycles where I objected to. Then 10 minutes later another man told us to move them. I said he should talk to the other guy, I was told three ways how he was in charge and didn’t have to talk to anybody. No apology for the misdirection, just an assertion of authority. S

We love staying here. Live in Hastings and come over often, this time we had a RV spot and rented a cabin for our daughter and her family. It was clean comfortable and perfect for them!! We love this KOA! Well taken care of, Don and his staff are very accommodating! Pizza is great too! Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you!!

Showers and restrooms could use some help. Not enough of them. Showers and restrooms should be in the same place...not in different rooms. Need better shower mats...memory foam is sopping wet after the first couple showers.

Nice park! However, we arrived at 1:25PM & the office was closed till 2. We had to set in the hot sun & wait. They had an outside board fir after hour reservations, so would have thought they would have put information there so we could get set up & then go finish registration after they re opened

We were so impressed with this KOA right off of 80, but tucked away so no traffic noise. The campsites were nice size and each one had a green lawn. Premium sites are large and some had gas grills. Wooden benches/rockers placed throughout to sit and relax and watch the sunset. Showers clean and private with good water pressure! Just a lovely place. We will stop there again!

Convenient to the hwy. Great ambience, peaceful and very clean. Staff and owner are friendly and accommodating. Lots are shady and the patio sites are awesome. Will be back.

The stay was ok. All sights were full and very, very close together. The slide on the rig beside us covered part of our picnic table.

Good place-plenty of nice restrooms and showers. Very clean and very friendly people. Only thing we didn't like was being on a gravel road with a big hump you had to go over to get in campground and all gravel roads in campground. Would stay here again if we came this way.

The WiFi was very weak. I only could get on late at night. The biting flies were a pain. The TV cable kept dropping channels. The hot water heater sounded like a jet engine. I tightened the packing on the water valve to stop it from leaking. A nearby camper said that their water valve also leaked. The dirt roads could use an upgrade. The people working here were very nice!

Short, 1 night stay. Pizza was great! Internet didn't work, and we couldn't get the cable for TV to work. Otherwise clean, great campground.

I usually enjoy my stay at this KOA but this time I was disappointed with how you added a 3 bunk style bed, very crowded cabin, it is not comfortable having a bed on top of the full size bed.

second time we stayed here …… just as nice as the first time. staff very friendly and helpful. it’s on our stopover list when traveling to and from highly recommend it !!! try the pizza delivered to your camper - it’s good and a bargain

The sights were very tight I felt like I would trip on the neighbors sewer hose. As sweet as the staff was I found the campsite unmowed for the entire four day stay but yet someone came by each day to water the new sod just to spots down. We were asked to place an early dinner pizza order (11:am) for 5:30 delivery and at 6:15 I finally went down to find them still cooking it.

We arrived late and they had our information left out for us. Our pull through spot was easy to get into. The kids loved playing at the park while we packed up in the morning. Short and non eventful stay.

Was great...they upgraded my cabin so that I could have more modern convinces. Was very nice and accommodating. The best customer service that I have had in a KOA for a while.

Thank you for another meaningful family experience. It was very hot in our cabin. We ask that you upgrade the air conditioner to a more powerful unit to keep up with cool air needs on very hot days. It was almost unbearable and we almost considered leaving or moving to a studio cabin. We will come back again!

It was late in the season. We decided to stay here when my wife and I came down to visit family. The cabin was super cool. Place was clean and tidy and other than a few esthetic flaws it was in good repair. The patio was perfect to get together and spend time playing cards or just talking. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. It really was incredible. The loft for my daughter was great. The pull out couch option was ridiculous. That thing should have been replaced 20 years ago. We had a few treats on the counter and got over run by ants 🐜 the last nite. Notified the staff and they brought us an organic ant spray that work instantly. The maintenance guy even paid us for our lost treats.

Best facilities we've experienced on our trip so far. Excellent wifi as well. Store was near barren however. Nothing but beer and a few soft drinks.
