Grand Island was a very clean KOA, with all the amenities you could need. They were very accommodating to our late arrival time which I appreciate.

I requested to be by the pool & we were placed almost at the very end of the campground. I went to wash clothes & they only had 3 working washers.My clothes were in the dryer when employee came in & used 2 washers to wash shower curtains Another camper came in & wanted to do 2 loads of laundry&couldn't do hers.The employee hadn't even started either washers and didn't offer to wait. Customer 1st??

We frequently stay at this campground when traveling to visit grandchildren. It is just far enough offI-80 to avoid the highway noise. The facilities are very clean. The one thing they could improve is providing more rest rooms and showers.

it was short as it was an overnight stop on my way from MN to CO. But it was a nice campground. Clean, well laid out, great mature trees for shade My spot was a good size and in a back corner that was a bit more quiet that I greatly appreciated. Good areas for walking dogs, I do not have children but the ones that were there seemed to be having fun. Staff was very kind.

First time I have been charged extra for early check inn. Park was empty. Well kept and nice pool.

Check in process efficient. Follow me golf cart to locate camping site. Bathrooms and shower house white glove clean. All camping site services in good working order. Camping site gravel level and grass between each camp site, like most RV parks close quarters. No shade on transient spots, unless you are staying for extended time then very good shade. We booked online and paid. When we got there, we had to pay an additional $3.25. No big deal, but it makes you look shady, adding fees with no explanation after we completed the online process. Our area hadn't been mowed for a while. Grass was too tall to enjoy being in it. The Wi-Fi didn't work for us. Couldn't ever connect. Dog park was good! Showers were very nice.

The Laredo Trailer was perfect for our group. It was clean and comfortable. Only two downsides. No coffee maker and the water from the bathroom sink smelled terrible.

Lovely grounds with trees for shade, fantastic amenities, nice locations next to the White River, WiFi worked great. I’ve stayed in a number of campgrounds offering WiFi, but get a lousy connection. We have a dog so the fenced in play area was also a big plus.

Loved the grassy tent sites, but wish there was a bit more space and privacy. Showers were great and it was nice having firewood delivered.

Just a short stay (2 night) for us, but we love KOA. You know what you're going to get! Everybody pleasant, nice site. No problems. We'll be back!

Very clean. Great staff the grounds were immaculate. Laundry room was immaculate. Nice pool area and amenities for. Very peaceful and quiet. Close to stores and restaurants.

Check in is terrible. Arrived after noon and was willing to pay early entrance fee, but was not offered. Made reservations on line and when inquired was told by a very rude employee that on lines were not good. Park was beautiful, but would not stay there again or recommend it because of the rudness and waiting time. There were about 5 rigs waiting until 2 pm. Talked to other travelers and

Close to highway. Great for fast overnight. Immaculately clean. Tent sites are grassy. Only down side, no nearby restaurants, but they will deliver pizza ( not bad), to your campsite.

It was late in the season. We decided to stay here when my wife and I came down to visit family. The cabin was super cool. Place was clean and tidy and other than a few esthetic flaws it was in good repair. The patio was perfect to get together and spend time playing cards or just talking. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. It really was incredible. The loft for my daughter was great. The pull out couch option was ridiculous. That thing should have been replaced 20 years ago. We had a few treats on the counter and got over run by ants 🐜 the last nite. Notified the staff and they brought us an organic ant spray that work instantly. The maintenance guy even paid us for our lost treats.

Best facilities we've experienced on our trip so far. Excellent wifi as well. Store was near barren however. Nothing but beer and a few soft drinks.
