What a great campground and what wonderful people who run it. My wife and I sold our house and have gone to full time camping. While in Grand Island, we shopped for a new travel trailer and found one in Kearney. The people at GI KOA worked with us and made it very easy for us to transition from our old camper to our new camper. Thank you Grand Island KOA. We'll be back again.

Campground was very clean and it was easily accessible from the highway will definitely return here on our next trip going west

Overall not bad. A short drive into town but worth it. Easy interstate access. K9 Kamp (dog runs) were nice, but a little small for larger dogs to run. Office staff was very friendly and even escorted us to our site. Pool was nice.

I stayed in a camping suite. The shower did not appeared to have been cleaned. The coffee cups in the suite were dirty. On the other hand, the room was comfortable and quiet.

Walking into the office, the wonderful smell of pizza and smiling friendly faces welcome you. The office staff were great. I ordered a pizza that was delivered to our site as we finished setting up. Everything was clean. The dog run had mowed grass. There are big shade trees and picnic tables at the sites. We will be back.

Tented it. Won’t stay in site 1 again though, closest to the bathrooms. Off and on all night people walked through our site to get to the bathrooms and the door slammed as they went n and out. Outdoor lite above door lit up our tent like it was daytime. Next time I’ll request a different site if I stay there again

very nice campground lots of shade trees very nice dog areas level drive thru camp sites very easy to find off the interstate for travelers very friendly and helpful staff and the pizza was great and delivered to our site had a very enjoyable stay

We only stayed for a night coming and going from Sturgis & OKC but it was clean and easy to access the pull through sites.

Would of been a 5 but fire pit in area 73. Grass overgrown, covering the hole. Just before dark stepped in n fell. Not hurt but if older person (I'm 61!) could have been much worse. Rest of stay was fantastic!

Nestled in a corn field, this KOA is very safe, clean, and the usual nice KOA standards. Pool was VERY cold - burr! But I’d stay here again.

Beautiful - loved veing surrounded by corn! And a wonderfully flat and easy off the highway KOA. Thank you! We will stay again on another trip thru Nebraska! D & C

Would it be asking too much to let us know in advance you cannot check in before 2 pm. We did not receive any pre check in email as we do from most KOAs. We called the number on the door for an earlier check in. Of course, they did not answer the phone.

Very nice sites. Lovely grassy areas and large K9 park for dogs to be off leash. Friendly staff lovely pool and tent area. Have stayed here before several years ago. Hope to go back again.

It was late in the season. We decided to stay here when my wife and I came down to visit family. The cabin was super cool. Place was clean and tidy and other than a few esthetic flaws it was in good repair. The patio was perfect to get together and spend time playing cards or just talking. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. It really was incredible. The loft for my daughter was great. The pull out couch option was ridiculous. That thing should have been replaced 20 years ago. We had a few treats on the counter and got over run by ants 🐜 the last nite. Notified the staff and they brought us an organic ant spray that work instantly. The maintenance guy even paid us for our lost treats.

Best facilities we've experienced on our trip so far. Excellent wifi as well. Store was near barren however. Nothing but beer and a few soft drinks.
