We enjoyed the setting with trees in both sides of our motorhome. We were treated to free pancakes !

Young people working there could not show us how to hook up iPad to internet so it would continue to work. We had to leave the campground at about 8:30 PM and get another room in town. Two young couples were so loud and vulgar next door we couldn’t put up with it anymore. There was no one that could put a stop to it.....what do you expect a couple of young women to do. Campground was filth

Great KOA. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time there. The bathrooms could be cleaned much better. Out of toilet paper and garbages over flowing. Also love all the trees for shade, just needs some landscaping upkeep done. We will definitely stay here again. Loved the pancake breakfast too!

It was fine for a stop over during a road trip, but not a place to relax. Too many people around us that partied late into the night.

Grounds keeping was very poor, water hook-up was far too close to the ground, the dumpsters were overflowing with trash, the WiFi was very poor, and no cable (would expect this for the price). Many sites are not big rig friendly.

Nice employees, vegetation is grown over which makes the place look like its going into foreclosure�The new campground has no shade, but older one has lots.Nice water area for kids. Good place to stay for 3 nights of leas. Great Falls is not that great of a City. Lots of tweeks.

Nice facility. If I had one complaint it would be vehicles driving to fast and creating dust. We will definitely recommend this campground

This park is very run down. Bathrooms were marginal and grass has been replaced by weeds. The trees in the older section did give nice shade and other campers were quiet and almost all observed the quiet hours. It appears at one time it was probably a very nice campground. Certainly not worth the price.

The campground was very crowded and too dusty. One campsite near us was overcrowded and when I asked them to move back so I could pass by with social distancing they were extremely rude. There were not enough showers for the amount of people there- over 45 minute wait for a shower. Not a pleasant experience.

Great visit. Only concern was we signed up for 50amp but it wasn’t working. We had to use the 30amp which limited us inside the camper. Also, it appeared they were a little behind on the landscaping. Flowers/plants needed watering and weeds were needing to be attended to but otherwise a great visit. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

I have stayed here on various occasions traveling a service is exceptional by all staff and Barry is amazing at assisting you when you arrive

Office workers are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's a fairly quiet campground. The waterpark is fun, as is the playground. There are so many noxious weeds (thistle) that it is hard to walk in camping spot. Is there any way to have the music players in a different location? To sit in lawn chairs in a clean area would have been great. I understand new owners are making improvements.

Everything was great; very nice KOA campground! From the consistently warm greeting in the office/store, to the trees that provide privacy between sites, the bunny rabbits I saw on my walk early every morning.... this was a wonderful KOA campground, and I will definitely stay here again.

Cabin was dirty and not been cleaned. Hair in shower and fridge. I had to clean for an hour. Beautiful cabin and campground but disappointed in the cleanliness. COVID-19 Issues should be more clean for health reasons. Cabin had a bad odor and no coffee cups for coffee.

The manager was very helpful and the campground was great for our family. They had so much to do and a wonderful little water park for the kids! The campground was peaceful, but still located close enough to town that we were minutes away from entertainment and shopping.

Everything was great except the 1.5 mbps wifi outside and near office and having to use voucher.

Very friendly host Barry. Lots for kids to do. The newer open sites were extra long for big rigs and a beautiful view of the valley and mountains.

We were greeted by a rude old man, he made us follow him to the cabin in the farthest route there asked for firewood he didn't bring us any. The cabin was very dirty. So I was going to sweep the dirt out and the broom provided was a child's play broom took a rag and washed the floors. The bathrooms were nice but some were not cleaned. They should be cleaned after each guest uses one with coVID19.

bought food to feed animals and vet was there and so we could not feed animals, they had sedated one of the goats so we had to explain that to our young children. garbage around our campsite, pool was very dirty, would not let our children go in. It was nice to get free pancakes for breakfast and nice store

Neighbors tent camping three spots away from us basically partied until 2am, swinging on the swingset (which we were right next to), walking and driving up and down the road screaming and laughing and shouting and shining their lights into our tents, and no one from KOA appeared to have any interest in enforcing the quiet hours. We got no sleep. Also the sites are crammed so close together.

Oh my goodness! Where to begin! This was our first KOA experience and we were well pleased. Check in was easy, but better then that, Barry was our guide to the campsite and answered all our questions. Complimentary firewood, live music in the evening, and a free pancake breakfast in the morning! Private campsites- the nicest we have experienced. Thanks KOA! Highly recommend!

Best KOA we have stayed at. You know you are being taken care of from the moment you arrive and are immediately greeted with a smile. Traveling from Alaska needing you rest for a day was perfect stopping location. Live music and water fun for the kids. Will come back

Great pancake breakfast! Barry who parked us was perfect for welcoming us and making us feel good about our choice. Nice location by Walmart where we could stock up on needed items.

We stayed in the area with trees, which was overgrown and not well kept. They need to ditch the railroad ties that are at the sites. The splash pad needed some TLC, but the kids were happy. The shower area also needs some work, when you looked up in the showers it was moldy due to poor ventilation. My least favorite KOA of all...It could be real nice with some work though.

We love Great Falls KOA. Have for years. It's a relaxing getaway when you can't get away. Great Falls is our home and the KOA makes you feel like you're out of Town when you can't go out of town. Thank you!!

The sites were a mess!! We were in a group of three, traveling in very Expensive rigs. The cut and weed whacked right next us. They got cut stuck all over our just cleaned rigs. The lots should have been mowed before we arrived there. We talked to the lawn person how cut it. He said he would blow it off. He never did. It wouldn’t have helped anyway. It was dried on! Managed did nothing either!!

Staff very friendly. Overgrown, needs mowing and manicured, k-9 park with 12” of weeds and trash, potholes and dirt, definitely needs more gravel.

this is the most expensive KOA. the lots have no trees. the individual lot services are convenient. Always tripping over the railway ties.

The staff was great, my only problem with this campground is that the grassy area around the camp sites is weeds and not mowed. We have stayed in 7 KOA campgrounds on this 2 month trip around the country and they all very a lot from nice groomed paved clean campgrounds like Billings Mt. to others that are not as well kept. We are KOA VIP and overall we are very happy with KOA.

This campground needs ALOT of love! The maintenance guys trimmed overgrown bushes & left the trimmings throughout. The “grass” areas are WEEDS!!
