We stayed in a cottage. Our only complaint is that the bedding, mainly the bottom sheet, won't stay on the mattress so it wraps around you and you end up feeling like a soft taco. Then you have to untangle yourself, put it back on and try to get back to sleep. Not very restful way to sleep.

No coffee pot in our cabin. Had to go buy one at the Walmart for our own use. Beautiful new corn hole stands. No bean bags to play with. The swimming pool was extremely cold but had fun with it anyway. The petting zoo was a hit. The live music both nights of our stay was fantastic. The front desk help ... not so friendly. The cabin we stayed in very short in dishes, not even enough for 4 people.

I liked the camp ground. My cabin was clean and nice. The bed had a plastic mattress cover and I didn’t like that. It could use some maintenance. For example, light over stove was burnt out. The fridge froze my milk and food. Needed info in room on the use of fireplace. The staff was nice.

The view from my deluxe cabin was breathtaking. Every single worker went above and beyond what I could have imagined. Already booked for next year and can't wait to return.

We arrived late afternoon minutes before closing (without a reservation) and the gentleman that checked us in was awesome (great sense of humor) and very helpful. This was our first time staying at any KOA and our first time renting a camping cabin. We enjoyed it so much we decided to try to camp at KOA's for the rest of your week long trip.

We were pleasantly surprised with a great stay! Very quiet, wooded campground. Only wish there was an extra restroom and more showers on-site. Still give 5 stars!

Staff were very friendly and courteous - campus was OK. It was nice to find a KOA with the pool area opened after labor day. We were booked into a cabin which smelled heavily of dog - the odor was overwhelming and my child with severe pet allergies had a flare up. Laundry vending ate money. The post-Labor Day cabin fee was excessive (about 33% more than cabins at KOA resorts). Will not return.

Very poor experience. Cabin could use better cleaning. There are a lot of cobwebs. Bathroom near office was always out of paper and soap. Toilet leaking onto floor. I became locked out of cabin at 0300 as keypad stopped working. No one would answer 24hr number (called many times). Fortunately I had access to tools in my vehicle so I could break in through window.

The stay was good. Water park the highlight! Music was FUN! Cabin is nice, but overhang gets the tall guys, and the air conditioning positioning gets the little ones. View is unbelievably beautiful, with a fun walking path. They bought a coffee maker as soon as it was mentioned of ours missing, nice! You must like pets as most all people that stayed had pets. Animals at every tree and park.

We try to get to this KOA every Labor Day weekend and always have a good time. The employees are so kind and patient. The campground is clean and comfortable and our stay is always awesome.

I was looking for a camp site that would fit all of the needs of my clients and I found that here but even better than I could expect. the staff were amazing and helpful, the water park was a blast and my clients fell in love with the music in the kitchen every night ,the pancakes in the morning ! I am looking forward to next year this will be an annual trip for my guys all in thanks to KOA

We loved our stay!! The cabin was super clean. The whole layout of the campground was really nice. If we have a need to come back that way, we will stay there again.

We have stayed here for many years. Kids love the water area. New owners are doing improvements and we are looking forward to seeing those. RV spaces had nice deck areas. Stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was great for our stay. The cabin is limited to a capacity of 4, which is really difficult for families with 3 children. I camped in a cabin. It was a very good experience. The campground is nicely laid out. The cabins are a short walk to the store and restroom. I recommend staying here if in the Great Falls area.

Had a wonderful time!! Barb & Her Husband are a great asset to this KOA! Friendly, welcoming and their customer service was top notch!! We had a group of 11, they were so helpful and accommodating!! We will definitely stay at great falls KOA again! Our age ranges are 75-3 years old, there was activities for all of us!! Thank you!!

We rented a deluxe Kabin for 2 nights. We stay here every summer and always have the best time. The staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are all well kept. The kabins are cute and fun. I would say that the floor of our cabin was absolutely filthy this stay. Also, one bunk was made with sheet and blanket, but top bunk had no sheets. Thanks for a great stay everything else was great!

It’s obvious that the camp hosts have put a lot of thought into this campground. We had a deluxe cabin and enjoyed our stay so much that if we had not been on a schedule we would have asked about adding more nights. Bathrooms need cleaned and sanitized, they felt very dirty. Pool/water park is perfect and so fun for kids (I even used it). The grassy area that we rented needed mowed and weeded. There was lots of pokey weeds so it hurt to play in the “grass” (it was probably more weeds than grass).

The site is beautiful but it is the worst KOA experience of 4 years. The mattress was filthy! There wasn’t even a fan and was told that I had the rustic cabin. ALL of my previous cabins had fans and some have Air conditioners. The small bathroom by the office was also dirtier than other sites. Cabin is not sealed. Spaces around the windows.Spiders, bugs inside. The office girls were pleasant.

This was our first time camping and everyone was so amazingly friendly! The staff was has excellent customer service and they were always available to answer any questions. We had the best time and best experience for our first time camping. Thank you so much to everyone at the KOA!!! We will definitely camp here again in the future!!!

We rented a cabin for four nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was reasonably clean. We enjoyed the pancakes in the morning and the nature trail.
