We have the highest praise for Brandy at the office. We had some complicated changes and partial cancellations to our reservations, and she quickly & efficiently modified them while enabling us to remain in a site next to friends we travel with. The park was beautifully maintained despite it being a busy holiday week, & the fireworks show was spectacular!

Beautiful KOA. there during Covid. Noone wore masks . Aware of 4th fire work display BUT not aware personal fireworks allowed. This went on both days we were there till late. Very small narrow RV sites & had fireworks going off right next to us. I would think u would be concerned of fire danger. We travel with our pets as does alot & had to sedate pets both days. Fireworks went on till late

Extremely run down. No grass, just weeds at our site and they were not cut. The dog park was unusable because the weeds were taller than my dogs legs. The pool had a ring around it. Gross. A far cry from the last KOA we stayed in a few days ago.

No fireworks should be allowed! We assumed that in such an area we would not have to be concerned. We have five families and due to fireworks ruining tents two of the families had to move to our site! the old guy that works approaches with negativity! I had episodes though sm issues and easily fixed I felt I admonished and had to coddle him! I’m an RN don’t want to use my people skills when

Friendly staff. The older gentleman (sorry did not get his name) that escorted us to our site was friendly and funny. Facility was clean and inviting. We will definitely stay at Great Falls KOA again!

I rented a cabin, cabin said it had a bath & shower, all our cabin had was a shower and it was difficult for our son to shower with a broken arm. The cabin was not cleaned very well, dishes were dirty and there was white dog hair all over the floor. However, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Overall, the stay was very relaxing.

Internet services were terrible. There are so many ways to do better. The campgrounds were very nice. The girls at the desk friendly. Reported a limb broken and hanging right over our RV. Hope someone took care of it for the next campers. High winds concerned us, especially with the limb hanging over our heads. At times our neighbors thought they were the only ones in the campground.

The goats in the petting zoo are starting to get crippled by their untrimmed hooves:( they need to be cut immediately. that was the sad part. circumstances beyond the campgrounds control were loud neighbors and fireworks. The rest was absolutely fantastic. we will definitely stay again as it was a perfect place for my children!

It was great, conveniently located in a quiet area of town. A lot of green grass and shrubbery maintained well. Camp spots have generous sq, footage. The camp host and staff are friendly & knowledgeable. Nice place..

The stay was fine. Very friendly and helpful staff. However, very narrow spot. Would not want a camp fire for fear we would burn the coach down. I think the space could have been cleared of trash and cigarette buts. KOA rep Barry, was very funny!

COVID restrictions were in place and though necessary, they did impact our stay. Our grandchildren were heartbroken that they could not get to the water park as it was booked for a party.

Great KOA, friendly helpful staff, especially the gentleman that takes you to your camping spot, friendly, funny, a real great greeter. Bathroom/showers were great. Highly recommend staying here. Easy to get to from I-15 and Hwy. 200 etc.

Stayed in the Deluxe cabin for 1 night with the wife and dog. Everything was great until we go back to our cabin and get locked out with no one answering our 10 plus calls. "Coincidentally" when we were a 1/3 of the way home and a voice-mail from the wife we were locked out and have been calling them, we finally recieve a call back saying there was an issue with their phone system. Had fun but idk

Our stay was fantastic! The staff is incredibly professional, kind and helpful. My kids LOVED the splash park and the laundry access was great!

Have most potential but needs more unkeep Know it it a lot of work but they should see condition and Upkeep done in Rapid City Great Falls could be like Disney World but it needs a lot of work to get there

The weeds (sticker weeds) were crazy bad (dogs do not like those) but the sites were long enough, the cleanliness was great. The owners are amazing and work hard to have a great park.

42 feet plus Jeep was great!! Next to Walmart big plus. Drive in from East it’s very tricky, center media needs to be relocated. That’s a highway department issue. Ladies at desk—very helpful. Rate this place (GREAT) Pancakes and sausage a really treat.

Just perfect! This place has a great view, nice people and staff, was very clean, and has lots of amenities such as a pool/water park, cute shop, free pancakes between 8-10, a beautiful park, and for an extra cost, some camp sites have gazebos furnished with a table and chairs, a grill, a fire pit and sting lights. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice campground. Extremely nice staff. Only thing I would have to say is that the shrubs/bushes around the camp sites need to be trimmed down. You can not pull into your site without running branches down your camper. We couldn't even walk by the back of the camper due to the shrubs. Other than this it was a very nice place.

We had a wonderful stay! My kids loved every aspect there was. If my daughter does softball again we will definitely be staying there again or if we are in town we will stay loved the staff n everything great job we will DEFINITELY see you guys soon

Everything was clean, easy to find, and just lovely. The pancakes and lemon water in the morning were lovely, and though we didn’t need anything, the office/shop was wonderfully stocked with food and other goodies. The goats were also a fun bonus!! They really nailed it with calling this an “oasis on the prairie”.

Adequate for an overnight stay passing through Great Falls. Compared to others we have stayed at throughout the US thought the price point was a bit high. Good pull thrus in general but would have preferred the sites without the ties which would give you more room to get into the site.
