The park is very nice and we'll maintained. The older part has shade trees but not so in the newer part. I would have rated higher but there was no Wi-Fi connection and no cable which surprised us for a KOA park

Wonderful place to stay great staff very friendly and so much to do for the kids!!! Would definitely stay any time we are in the area!! Very very clean

Has lots to do but the grounds seem unkept to may weeds not enough grass.

Good bones but not being kept up. Using some dirty black gravel and not much of it. Weed haven and not mowed much. Bathrooms were nice and a nature trail was fun.

The park looks old and very tired. There’s no lawn to speak of, just dandelions everywhere. But the restrooms, showers, and laundry were clean. It was an ok stay but nothing to brag about.

We were coming to great falls because my kid was getting surgery early the next day. I let the receptionist know that I was not sure when we would get discharged from the hospital because I was worried about check out time. She was so kind and blocked out the next day for us until we knew for sure! It was a very stressful week for us but her kindness really made a impact.

For the price we paid 2 is best we can do. 1.The road to the camp spot was so narrow that we only had 6 inch on each side of the truck and trailer. 2. When we got parked at our site was nothing but mud to get in and out of the camper. 3. The picnic table was in mud.4. We could not extend our slides. 5. No TV reception at all , and they offered no cable tv ect.

Just traveling through. Nice place. Long term residents which I assume where there for co-vid. If that’s the case I understand completely. If not they should clean up their sites. If traveling through again a would stay. Nice big sites. Thanx

It was OK - where we were it was noisy - even after 8:00 pm. Try a different spot next time. (Out in the open - not in the trees) Trees needed to be trimmed - our trailer had some limbs stuck on the top.

Some things seemed unfinished (cable sticking out of the ground) no grass but weeds. When they were mowing grass got stuck to the side of my travel trailer and truck. Dog park is super small. I did like the patio and couples swings. No adult swimming pool.

We were planning to stay 2 nights, but cancelled the 2nd night once we got to the park. We were not impressed with the grounds as they were not well maintained (grass needed to be weeded and mowed and the petting zoo was terrible).

Even though we arrived after hours, they had lo our stuff ready for us in a night box and were just asked to move by the office in the morning - very nice! Found a pickup parked in our assigned spot- but a call to the after hours number got a very speedy resolution- well done! Clean, well organized and lots of shade in our area. �

I would have given 10 and 5 out of 5 stars but, (1) it took four times to get the correct bathroom/laundry room code! (2) Wifi was not available and we were told it was due to corona virus?! That is certainly puzzling!!! Barry was great and the teenagers you have are hard working, good kids!

Brandy and Bobby are so friendly and warm. You can tell they love their KOA and are working hard to update and make things nicer. We loved the park and the petting zoo and their water park was awesome too! We are really thankful for our time there and wish them all the best!

The stay itself was great but the front desk staff weren’t very well trained on amenities. We paid for a full-hookup space but the girl at front desk told us we couldn’t connect to sewer. We asked again on the following day because we noticed there was a sewer spot and we were told we absolutely could. This was very frustrating as we couldn’t use shower units.

Stayed here while working a project. It is a great place. Staff is always friendly and helpful no matter what time it is when you call. I hope to to return to this KOA. Exceptional!!!

I realize this a difficult time, but absolutely no inter action with park hosts. This is our third time there , and unfortunately I think it will be our last. This is not the first time that we have stayed there and absolutely no one there. Also we had arrived before 3 pm. Not in the least friendly.

Site 210. Muddy needs some packed gravel. Wi Fi was hit and miss. Internet service was vital to our stay. We had to take the car to where we could get service.

The park is beautiful so neat and clean really the nicest in town Our host Bobby and Brandi are so friendly . It’s a great place to bring your family.

Nice park and laid out well easy enter and exit.I was not impressed though with how reception is done. WITH a PHONE and no DISINFECTANT wipe for it so every one could have been subjected to covin-19 I couldn't believe it!!! But a nicley laid out park

It was a stay spanning 3 nights in March 31 to April 2, with winter conditions. The owner of the resort were very helpful, and were able to accommodate our extensions of our stay. We were returning home early, from Arizona, due to the Virus that is gripping the world. I would like to return to Great Falls in a better time.

Only stayed one night. Going back home to Canada. Early spring so sites were muddy. A little extra gravel would have made it much better. Would stay again.
