My reservation selection site type was changed and i wasn't notified. This caused confusion when I arrived since the office closed early at Great Falls and I wasn't able to talk to anyone until the following day.

We stayed 4 1/2 months, waiting for a house to be built. I have to say, this was a very positive experience! The park is beautiful, spaces for the larger rigs like ours are spacious, there are numerous activities, and to top it off - staff and ownership are VERY accommodating and friendly. I have lived in the area 15+ years and never been to this little oasis. It is a gem for sure��

friendly helpful staff, long level site, easy pullthru, individual private bathroom showers with security code to punch in, continental breakfast since summer pancake season was over - that was an especially nice touch! Walmart within walking distance and easy access to expressway.

The view from my deluxe cabin was breathtaking. Every single worker went above and beyond what I could have imagined. Already booked for next year and can't wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay. This KOA has a lot of greenery that makes it a kind of oasis. The camp is well maintained and is a pleasant place to stay.

They were very accommodating. We were in limbo, waiting in Covid testing to cross the boarder and allowed a day by day. My son ended up getting sick and I moved us to a hotel with steady heat and there was no issue with leaving early/reimbursement. Hope to stay here during the on season at some point.

This was our 2nd stay and we’ll definitely be back! The staff is wonderful! Super clean restrooms and the coffee bar is top notch. The campground is so inviting and we love the nature trail. Very close to great hiking and breweries!

Barry and John were so welcoming and personable, we came back within a few days and stayed there again. The park was pretty and well-maintained. The location was so convenient (a shout-out to the Walmart nearby). We also really appreciated the discount given to veterans. It’s easy to say “thank you for your service”, it’s another to show gratitude. Way to go, KOA!

We came on earlier than expected. Called to t if we could get in early. Sophi was great at checking and telling us yes. Check in was simple, our guide to the site was very friendly. Will stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a dead battery on our Jeep and they helped us jump start it. Very clean facility.

It was a great quant an quite place. Easy pulling the RV in and out, Nice hookups. We are over 65 and little handicapped. There was not much room to walk around the RV and walking around the grounds and to step over the railroad ties to get to the picnic table. It could be a little more level. The people were pleasant to talk to and helpful. Did beautiful job with plants and clean. Will return.

We arrived late afternoon minutes before closing (without a reservation) and the gentleman that checked us in was awesome (great sense of humor) and very helpful. This was our first time staying at any KOA and our first time renting a camping cabin. We enjoyed it so much we decided to try to camp at KOA's for the rest of your week long trip.

I was surprised that the rate was $62.00 although we are traveling in the Fall. The park offers many amenities in the Summer that are of course not available nor probably needed to attract customers in the Fall. Train rides, water slides, etc. However my main disappointment was the dog runs. They are very, very small, 1 for large dogs and 1 for small. Both were in need of mowing & trimming

Staff very friendly. Clean park. Long term residents had small dogs that they let out @ 3:30 am, and 5:40 am that BARKED constantly for at least 30 minutes. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Do something about it.

We were pleasantly surprised with a great stay! Very quiet, wooded campground. Only wish there was an extra restroom and more showers on-site. Still give 5 stars!

From the moment we checked in we were greeted with friendly, helpful, excellent service! The gentleman that checked us in went above and beyond, quickly taking us to our location and directing us into our spot! He was a fantastic representative of your company. I’m only sorry I missed remembering his name.

Very nice campground. I will definitely stay if I am in the area again. The site was a bit tight for my 5th wheel but the area was very well maintained.

Small site for my RV. They should have recommended a larger one before I tried getting in. Showers were clean, laundry was good, staff were friendly.

First of all it's too expensive for what you get, you have to deal with other people's kids, and the campground was not kept up to par. there was lots of tripping hazards all over. The road was very uneven and the trees were too overgrown.

We really had mixed feelings about this campground. PROS - location near Walmart without too much noise, very nice pool and many amenities that families will love, nice staff and nice camp store. CONS: Much of the landscaping is rough - scruffy, untrimmed and unfinished. We stayed for a week and ran into 6 unleased dogs. Also, many of the long term rental sites were junky.

Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. We only stayed one night so we got put in the back with mostly full timers. Weeds and lawns were unkempt. Won't be back.

Staff were very friendly and courteous - campus was OK. It was nice to find a KOA with the pool area opened after labor day. We were booked into a cabin which smelled heavily of dog - the odor was overwhelming and my child with severe pet allergies had a flare up. Laundry vending ate money. The post-Labor Day cabin fee was excessive (about 33% more than cabins at KOA resorts). Will not return.

Very poor experience. Cabin could use better cleaning. There are a lot of cobwebs. Bathroom near office was always out of paper and soap. Toilet leaking onto floor. I became locked out of cabin at 0300 as keypad stopped working. No one would answer 24hr number (called many times). Fortunately I had access to tools in my vehicle so I could break in through window.
