This Campground is in serious need of attention. Our site was essentially mud and full of dog feces. The showers were very dirty and the filth build-up in the shower exhaust fan represented years of neglect. It appears they are working on renovations but overall there is considerable daily neglect. Not the usual KOA standard we've come to expect.

We were a late arrival. Someone had ‘taken’ our assigned spot. The staff stayed until we arrived and guided us to a perfect spot. Appreciate KOA great pull through spots with easy hiway access

It's pretty nice and quiet. Far away from the interstate though, but close to Walmart.

This is a beautiful campground!!!! Large big rig sites!!! Can’t say enough about the owners. Very friendly and helpful!!!!

Bathrooms needed better cleaning, paper towels, etc. on floor. Path to washrooms needed clearing - very icy. Location not convenient for those coming from I15. Would be fine if coming from the east.

For staying at a campground at the end of Fall it was quiet and bathrooms were clean. Only thing that I wish was better was the WiFi, it did not work at all during our two night stay.

We always stay here when we visit family. We love your nice long sites. Our only disappointment is your long term folks should keep things picked up better and NOT look like they live there. Thank you.

The KOA Great Falls has always been one of our favorite KOA's - but this time there seemed to be a lack of maintenance.

Clean campground, nice staff, only stayed one night passing through. We’ve found WiFi doesn’t work in most campgrounds we’ve stayed in Montana. Close fuel, Walmart, and the expressway.

Great place to stay! Huge camp kitchen with microwave and multiple cooktops and sinks. Conveniently located right next to Prairie Kraft Specialties who build the KOA cabins if you want to take a look!

We loved the Great Falls KOA! We only got to stay 1 nite but the staff were all very friendly & helpful! We also were extremely happy with the shrubbery between the sites offering privacy.

Very comfortable, easy access to everything, only stopped for the night but would definitely like to come back. Only disappointment was not spotting any of those unusual lights in the sky! �� LOL � Walking distance to Walmart is a plus too.

We like the Great Falls KOA, but there are two areas that need to be addressed; the wifi was nonexistent at our site. We had to go right to the office to use our devices. There needs to be additional garbage cans placed around the park other than the two big bins.

Was initially disappointing. The first two cabins I was checked into weren't clean (spider webs all over doors, windows, piles of dead bug carcasses - felt bit like an abandoned haunted house) as well as smoke detectors with a dead battery and interior lights that didnt work. Third cabin was acceptable but broken watering lines flooded firepit area. A bit disappointed in this visit.

GF KOA certainly has gone downhill since our last stay several years ago. The place is a dump. Landscaping has been neglected -- 1" thorns on trees around tent sites! Branches and leafy debris everywhere. Grumpy staff. Washrooms were deplorable -- dirty floors around the edges, one door handle fell off, fan not working. The entire campground screams management neglect.

The large pull-through was great for the size of our rig and RV (62'). Nice upgrade to the patio with table and chairs. The grass area around the sites is primarily weeds and having nice grass instead would be more appealing. Overall the Kampground was good and staff were friendly. Only stayed the one night and we were in at 6pm and out by 9am so didn't get to enjoy the amenities at all.

Only stayed for one night on our way from Glacier NP to Yellowstone NP. We stayed in the newer section of the CG, sites are long and level. We didn't use the bathrooms or laundry so can't comment on them. The wifi signal in this section of the park is so weak it is useless.
