Kathy and Madi (sp?) were great! Friendly and helpful. This location offers a lot of options! If I could give constructive feedback, it would be that landscaping needs a little TLC. Our site was full of trees branches and debris.

Big rig sites too far to dog run. Need to cut path through hedges. Need more accessibility to garbage cans. Grassy area just weeds. Nice long pull through.

This was our first time camping and everyone was so amazingly friendly! The staff was has excellent customer service and they were always available to answer any questions. We had the best time and best experience for our first time camping. Thank you so much to everyone at the KOA!!! We will definitely camp here again in the future!!!

Employees were great...the park itself is very unkempt! Vertually no lawn mowing, weeds, no trimming of shrubs. I would not recommend this park to anyone.

We rented a cabin for four nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was reasonably clean. We enjoyed the pancakes in the morning and the nature trail.

Wow what a park! Great for family fun! Live music and free pancake breakfast. Lots of trees and space can be tight but who cares with a park as nice as this. We enjoyed the nature trail and petting zoo. Water park seemed to be a BIG hit even though we didn't use it. Staff was friendly! We would stay here again. Come bring your kids!

Very helpful. We had a little trouble with our coach and had to extend our stay. More then gracious to us. The staff was pleasant and kind to us.

One night layover. The camp sites are very close together but they had shade. A live band played that night, there was a little train pulling kids around as well as tandem pedal carts and a really nice pool/splash. The downside was the restrooms/showers which were messy with water and toilet paper on the floors, over full trash bins and in one room a plugged toilet. The evening had no staff.

You need to pick up household trash like every other KOA we’ve stayed with, or place more dumpsters around the camping areas. Also, infrastructure need help with loose electrical lines under ground or out of site. Not a bad place but certainly not what we’ve come to expecy from KOA.

This time was not the best. We called to verify facts then when we got there they would not take cash for cabin. It all worked out, But think we might take a break from this location for a bit. But will return later.

This is our second stay at the Great Falls KOA and my wife and I think this a great place! The staff here are all very friendly and go above and beyond to make their guests stay a memorable experience.

I am from Great Falls and wanted to do something fun with my grandchildren. We all had a blast. Everyone was extremely nice and the entire facility is very clean. My only complaint was the people across from us were very very loud until around 3:00 AM. I was surprised they weren’t asked to quiet it down. Luckily my grandchildren slept through it. Our boy love the pancakes! It is a great KOA for family because of the pool, barrel rides, and playground. A great gift shop and friendly staff. The spaces were pretty tight but not unmanageable. Lots of shade trees. There is a Walmart very close so that was a bonus.

We stayed in a cabin. The view was touted in the website as great. The trees had grown so much that we had to stand on the picnic table to get a view. There is a wasp nest under the deck with wasps all over it and getting active around 9 am. There is a ton of garbage under/over the deck rail. There is a sewage smell that wafts up when sitting on the deck. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Owners fail to scoop the poop in K9 Park. Keep that bag dispenser filled. Great park for kids.

Kind staff. I thought that i had made a reservation but apparently had not (we’re on a three month vacation) but they accommodated us in a nice pull through. Enjoyed the free pancakes too!

Our lot was in a large open field with weeds between spaces. Small trees and bushes have been planted, but grass next to packed gravel parking pad would be a very nice upgrade. Was very hot with no shade. Most expensive park we have stayed in. Laundry machines expensive compared to laundromat.

We spent a few nights here in June during the Combat Vets National meeting. Decided to stay here again in July on our way home from a trip out to West Yellowstone, MT. Very friendly staff and nice facilities!

This might be our favorite KOA so far after several years of vacations with the grandkids. Beautiful mature trees and privacy-screen-hedges in the established part of the campground. Our lot was straight across from showers, laundry, and playground which was handy with three children. Everyone loved the water park and hot tubs. Ice cream shop is about half the price of Devils Tower KOA.

Things were ok, I couldn't get the satellite in the cabin to work, so we had no TV to watch. It had been all unplugged prior to our arrival. The main office had already closed, so couldn't get help from them. Perhaps have them set it up b4 arrivals. 210$ I paid. The pool closing at 8pm while still light out was a bummer for the kids also. :/

This is by far the very best KOA we have stayed at. From the free pancakes each morning to the free summer concerts each evening. The laundry facilities were clean and nice and the pool and accommodations were great! I would highly recommend this KOA. The office personal were wonderful to work with too.

The staff was very young, efficient and courteous. The pool was perfect for kids and I would have loved my old body to stand under the water bucket.

Lots of trees and shade. Loved the nature walk and expansive views on the walk! Enjoyed the hot tubs, but they were always loaded with young children (would have been nice to have a couple hours set aside for adults). Enjoyed free breakfast pancakes. Bathrooms needed extra care.

The great falls KOA has super friendly and helpful staff and the facility is beautiful. My only complaint is the bathrooms need to be stocked more frequently.

Nice facility and see Mgmt working on improvements. Water pressure not good 7-9 am and pm. This is a big issue. Roads need to be paved so dust quotient can be reduced. Laundry machines can hang up small clothing pieces so watch for this. Folks running the place were always pleasant and helpful. Free pancake breakfast each morning to those who want it.

We had a wonderful stay. The site was beautiful, the hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the country music program and the morning pancakes.
