This time was not the best. We called to verify facts then when we got there they would not take cash for cabin. It all worked out, But think we might take a break from this location for a bit. But will return later.

Great place to stay. The dog park was great, breakfast quick and easy, and if I had kids the water park would have been awesome.

We stayed in a cabin. The view was touted in the website as great. The trees had grown so much that we had to stand on the picnic table to get a view. There is a wasp nest under the deck with wasps all over it and getting active around 9 am. There is a ton of garbage under/over the deck rail. There is a sewage smell that wafts up when sitting on the deck. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Things were ok, I couldn't get the satellite in the cabin to work, so we had no TV to watch. It had been all unplugged prior to our arrival. The main office had already closed, so couldn't get help from them. Perhaps have them set it up b4 arrivals. 210$ I paid. The pool closing at 8pm while still light out was a bummer for the kids also. :/

The great falls KOA has super friendly and helpful staff and the facility is beautiful. My only complaint is the bathrooms need to be stocked more frequently.

We loved the location, campground landscaping, the cabin, & staff who were friendly, positive, & responsive to our requests. The waterpark was a blast. Two issues. Wifi & restroom/shower maintenance. Wifi was only available in main office. A couple of the individual stalls had issues with locks or lights. This was minor, as most restroom facilities were in good repair. All were very clean.

My grandson & I stayed in a Deluxe cabin. Our stay was great in every way: clean, comfortable, well equipped cabin & all camp facilities were top notch. Staff is helpful & friendly, beautiful spacious grounds & large fun pool. Complimentary breakfast pancakes & delicious ice cream cones for sale too.

The air conditioner does not work well and there is only 0ne plug in and it is used for the refer and ac. I left the key In the cabin on the table when I left and you could not find it.

We had a great time staying at the KOA for a soccer tournament. Our one-room cabin was a great home away from home for us. All of the staff we interacted with were efficient, friendly, and helpful. There were some maintenance issues but we are guessing that Great Falls is plagued with the same labor shortages it seems everyone is

The free pancakes were the “bomb” According to 3 growing teen boys!! The washrooms were perfect,I love the individual shower/ toilet combo! The water park was fun for all ages. I do wish the hot tubs were open longer to enjoy longer ,then 8. The feel of the campground was relaxing, I didI stay in a cabin, but some of the RV slots are a bit tricky to get into due to the turning of sharp cor

Everything from check-in on, was a great experience. Very friendly and polite staff. The entire facility, including our cabin was very clean and well organized.

Bathrooms an A, our cabin not so much. The cabin was dirty and the new door had a big window with no curtain, you could see right into the cabin where you sleep. Employees super nice

It was amazing. Great view and very clean cabin! Thanks for a wonderful memory. One of the workers even drove his golf cart to my cabin and had me follow him, so I wouldn’t get lost. Now that’s service!

2 years ago we use to be able to get free fire wood than it went to just 1 bundle for free last year. This year no free fire wood when paying almost $190 for a cabin. Also sign for pool area says closes at 10. Pool area was closed at 8 which is false advertisement.

Our stay was good and workers are supper nice. Lots of activities on site. Pool, play ground, train, little zoo and trail. I would have given it a 5 but our remote control was sticky and low batteries would not work after 2 days. Top of fridge was supper dusty.

We always love the great falls KOA. The bathrooms could use a little maintenance. We were unable to get into a couple of them, soap was empty, TP holder on the floor etc. Seemed like there were several new employees that could have used some training but other than that it was good!

stayed in deluxe cabin had a couple of issues, That was worked out. the owners very lovely young lady was so nice, If I get back up there will stay at this KOA in Great Falls again. and we also enjoyed our son wedding at Ryan Dam.

We stayed in Cabin #30. It was a chili night outside but was amazing! The Dish wasn't working but we weren't there for the TV. Lol. We loved the inside was cozy and well kept. My daughter had a birthday party there and it was so amazing! We definitely will want to stay again! You don't even feel like you're in Great Falls! Love the activities all around and so well kept!

We stayed at this campground twice. After leaving, I checked my credit card activity and this campground put a charge on my card in the amount of $230 for cable tv services. At no time was I told that watching tv was an additional charge. I can only assume they charge the monthly total for the bill every single day. Great money maker for them and I hope the hotel industry never catches on.

We stayed in cottage 30, we had no reliable internet it tv. I was also told there was a gas grill, nope charcoal which I have never used before. The man put front is very rude. The rest of it was great.
