It was a very tight fit. Trees need to be trimmed a little higher. Appears maintenance and landscaping is reactive instead of proactive. Staff was nice as was the store. Pancakes are great!

Stayed I think in newest section. Someone spent a lot of money on landscaping some time ago. There has been zero upkeep. We trip over railroad timber’s getting in/out of rv. When setting outside you’re sitting on dirt and weeds. Only good was length of the lot we were on. We are now in koa west glacier. What a difference! Very nice. Wouldn’t want my name on Great Falls koa.

The site was small for our rv and the branches were not trimmed to accommodate our three slides and rubbed our paint. The wi-fi was very weak despite our close proximity to the office. The sites and roads were dirt, so dust was prevalent. Staff were polite and helpful. As we travel to KOA's in the western region of the country, it is clear that the majority of the parks require updating.

Great facilities in a nice shaded area during 95-degree plus heat for 7-days. Nice shower and restrooms and a great pool area. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Highly recommend this KOA.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Employees were wonderful! Patient and kind. The only thing I would change is the pull through camper spots should be a bit wider. We had a hard time getting in the turn. Obviously, you can't change it because ots already in place. Next time (yes, definitely a next time) I have spots marked out on your wonder map and I'll just have to request one of those. Great o

Lovely spot, great musical evening entertainment. Best of all, though, was the response we got from staff. As we were driving to Helena for the day, our motor home broke down and needed towing. When I called the KOA, they told us our extra night would be refunded AND they would go collect and keep, the few things we had left in our campsite. We’ll be back to continue our adventures in Great Fall

Lots of amenities, very friendly staff! Would have rated higher except for condition of site we were assigned. It was a buddy site but nothing but hard cracked dirt between our RVs on one side and a thistle patch on hook up side. Seems they could at least get rid of the thistles.

The lady at check in was rude no customer service skills. The people do clean up around camp ground was really loud. Also the goats in pet area had a little to no water in their trough. They would of had to jump in it to get any water and it was 97 degrees all weekend.

Loved our paved patio site with all of the amenities! Although things were dusty due to lack of rain, the campground was clean and felt safe. Next to Walmart but you don’t see or hear it. Stayed over the 4th holiday and saw beautiful fireworks!! The fire in the field was quickly put out! Cute splash park for the kiddos, not for adults. We visited Lewis & Clark exhibit, fantastic 3 hours!

Easy to find location. Our grandson and kids had a blast. Camping spots are tight and we don’t have a large 5th wheel. Of course the attendants were friendly and knowledgeable, so all was well.

The only issue we has were the fourth of July fireworks kept going off until at least 12:30am in the field behind our campsite. The staff seemed to think t he fireworks would stop by 10:30pm.

We were lucky to get a spot in the old part of the park. The trees there are large, and the landscaping between sites gave us much more privacy than any KOA we’ve stayed in before. I know that eventually the newer sites will also have nice trees/plants,once they grow. But if you can get a spot in the older section, do!

Overnight stay while traveling. Typically don't stay at private campgrounds but opt for State/Forest Service sites. This KOA was nice. It was loud due to July 4th but we did expect that. Sites are close together but there are rows of trees between the sites to provide some privacy (trailer water/electric site). Laundry facilities are nice, free pancakes on Sunday.

The park overall was a little disappointing. They do have a nice waterpark for the family, it's within walking distance of Walmart, the restrooms are big with an ADA shower. They also have free all you can eat pancakes everyday. But the roads are mostly dirt, and the site's for the most part are too so that the traffic creates a lot of dust and makes it difficult to sit outside.

Very very tight quarters. Trees need to be trimmed back for 5th wheel campers. We have a 34 ft camper and it was a tight turn and fit to no wreak something on our camper or around us while getting into our spot. We watched another 5th wheel came in and it did end up hitting the back of a pickup with the tail of their camper. No flat area for chairs and no grass next to our site.

The location was perfect for our stay. Most of our scheduled activities were on that side of Great Falls. The campsites were narrower than we anticipated but the trees and shrubs were really nice.

There are many great features of this park including the water park, evening entertainment and pancake breakfast. However, the park as a whole needs significant work. The big rig sights are poorly maintained with no shade. The weeds have grown out of control. In addition, one day the water park was overtaken by local teens who were unsupervised and out of control. Where is management?

One of the best KOAs I have stayed at. Grandkids loved the pool, the campgrounds were very clean. All workers I talked with were very friendly. Stayed there heading to west glacier from Houston then changed my route home to stay on the way home.

Our space for a 25’ trailer was too small. Did not like the hugh boulders at the exit & entrance to the sites. Hated the RR ties sticking up like curbs between gravel and grass. Accident waiting to happen. Pool great. Very nice staff. Never found live entertainment venues. Dog Parks a very long walk from camping sites.

The camp person working working the dest didn't write the bathroom code or the wifi password on our camp map and we didn't notice till the office was closed as we had plans to watch a race that day. We checked in got our site put together and left for the evening around midnight my wife had to use the bathroom and. We did not have a code. Thankfully there was a public restroom

Amazing stay. Lots of shade, and the water playground is awesome for younger kids. All staff was so friendly and helpful. Best stay we’ve had.

Fun little gem of a place. The water park was crowded and seating is very minimal. Would be cool if there were more picnic tables or chairs for the guests to use.

Older section very cramped for our 25 footer. People very friendly and responsive. Our stay was wonderful. Some of the best people we have run across. Loved the pancakes. We will bring sugar free syrup next time for us.

The free pancakes were great. Thank you. The pool was fun. Like the big rock ball thing from China. Would be helpful to have paved sites to help with the dust. Also grass at the sites need watered so it’s not just a big dust bowl. Very friendly staff.
