Very nice park with wonderfully shaded spots. Could trim the bushes back just a bit on those sites as they made it difficult when entering/exiting the sites. Pool area was fun but definitely for kids, not so much for adults. Always lots of activities & all employees were super friendly & helpful. Campground is right outside the town of Great Falls, so it was perfect for travel & sightseeing.

The campground was great everything was in perfect order. The only thing I wish is that the dog park was closer to our campsite. Definitely would stay again if we are in the area.

We had a great time. Loved the store,, lots of trees for shade, music at night and pancakes in the morning. The dog park needs help.

The office staff and employees are great and helpful, the kids splash pool area were great to cool off in and play ground and swings. The biggest draw back is the tight camp sites to get and out, because of trees/shrubs, rail road ties withoutdamaging your RV. And it appear some people are living there. I just looks like a lack of upkeep and maintenance. Happy RVing...

Park was very nice and well kept. Lots of activities for the kids, & great pancake breakfast. Also delicious ice cream & well-stocked gift shop. Only 2 complaints were - The laundry room washing machines. Very expensive and almost all of them had problems. They all need to be replaced. Petting Zoo(s) need to be taken better care of. Need to be in a better location to be seen.

I'm not much for words but the owners are the nicest people you ever wanted to meet, they run a nice fun kid friendly park, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. See you next spring. Keep up the great work. �

We had a great stay. Very nice koa. Staff was great and very helpful. Playground and waterpark were a huge hit with the kids (and me). Fantastic ice cream and morning pancakes too.

I stayed in the newer section that is designed for big rigs. Easy to park, neat and well maintained. It sounded like the kids were enjoying the water park on a very hot day—great amenity.

Nice campground on the “quiet” side of town… appears to be well-run, pretty clean, and with a friendly staff. The pull-thru full hookup sites were adequate, but not exactly appealing. Only real disappointment was the completely unreliable WiFi in the park. The signal itself was intermittent… difficult to connect to… and when connected, very slow & sometimes no bandwidth.

Stayed in the section by walmart. Could not get internet access. You heed to get a better internet provider and install more access points. Also put up a fence between you and walmart.

Large campground. Lush and green oasis on the east side of Great Falls. Very welcome shade in the heat.

This might be my favorite KOA. And I’ve been to a lot. The only thing that it needs is more places to hang stuff in the bathrooms but it is beautifully well-kept, I love the landscaping, and the camper kitchen is perfect.

We had reservations for the nights of June 25 & 26. All was well until we switched trucks and found the running lights not working on the camper. We called KOA to cancel for the first night but to keep the rest of the reservation in tact. The lady we spoke to was so very nice and accommodating. We were given Lot 16 for our stay and it was wonderful. Shady and we were at peace.Great first trip ever

I had fun, the entire park was older and a bite well used but staff was friendly and everything worked. Entertainment was there were no problems I would coe back there again.

Awesome staff, great location with shaded tent spots. Facilities are great and kept clean. I’d definitely will stay there again if I’m in the area.

Was planning on staying just a few days before the BNW rally started. I liked the showers and it was quite at night. Whe the rally git underway I decided to stay at the KOA all the rest of the time. Had a man and wife and sometimes their son played mus6from 8 till 10. I usually got back in time to listen to them. Good people and thanks for the Entertainment. Clean showers and bathrooms.

Nice campground, the original section is great with all the trees and shrubs, sites are a little too close together, but I accept that. Restrooms are the nicest I have ever seen at any campground, KOA or other! Touchless sink faucets are nice, but not being able to control water temperature was a bit puzzling. Pancakes for breakfast were great too! You have created a beautiful oasis. Thanks!

You need to make sure when a customer asks for a specific type of site they do it for a reason. Therefore, you need to give them the site type they ask for. Next time I will not go through the national website, but will call the park directly. Thank you.

nice site, restrooms, shower. pancakes in morning nice. internet not work for my phone anywhere until very late in night / early morning. Advertised nature walk, some sites easy to find, mowing a path for the rest would make it easier and probably more folks would use it, seemed to just end, so turned around and came back.

The Park is very pretty with clean washrooms and laundry. Free pancake breakfast was great! Our site #16 was not terrific, though. It was not flat, needed a good cleaning (trashy) and had no picnic table.

Nice clean grass campsite. Bathrooms were very clean. The pancake breakfast was nice surprise and very good. I wish WiFi repeater devices were used near some of the tent sites, because the WiFi signal was very weak, I needed to sitting next to the Registration Office to receive a strong signal to use my tablet.

We just spent one night on our trip east. We always stay there. The spaces are nice and clean. They had a barrel ride for the kids and musical entertainment nightly. Ice cream in the lobby.

People were nice and good location. We were put in a site for 15ft unit, ours was 18ft we did make it work. We shared electric box with site 48 the box had only one 30amp plug. Also wish get rid of big timbers were a hassle getting around them

What a gem this campground is. Truly an oasis on the prairie. So much for families to do. Saw all ages enjoying the splash pool. Staff was amazing. I reported a loose picnic bench at our sit and someone was there the same day to repair it. Very impressed with everything

We loved our stay at the Great Falls KOA. We were nestled in the trees with a nice breeze. They had nightly music and free pancakes every morning. If ever in the area again, we will definitely stay there.

This KOA has been in operation many years and the most impressive and young couple who now own it are doing a great job. Remodeled office and did a beautiful job upgrading the restrooms/shower suites. They whole staff is very friendly. There’s work to be done but the owners know it and they are working on it everyday. I’ll stay there again. Stayed in 35’ 5th wheel.

This park is becoming a very nice park. Maitenence has come a long ways from 5or6 years ago. Used to be one of the poorest parks we have stayed at to one of the better in the country. Thanks Bobby and Brandy and the entire crew at this park for the efforts you are giving your guest.
