Clean and conveniently located. Good restaurant and museum nearby.

Bathrooms were clean. Cabin was warm with no air on and the fridge was not plugged in. Overall good experience but just some small things.

Very new location (approximately 3 years new) and developing. You can tell the owners are working hard and making improvements. Trevor was a big help with our reservation problems (caused by the sale of the Durango/Riverside, CO location). The location was perfect for us. Short drive to Moab, UT and the National Parks nearby (Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef) and Dead Horse State Park.

They could be a little better place to walk dogs.

Your bathrooms and showers were terrible. When is the last time u updated them? You are adding new spots instead of taking care of what u have. Your prices were way to high for the kind of site we stayed in. If we had not needed to shower and do laundry we would not have stayed. The site was all dirt and rock that needs to be finished. No cable. The only good thing I can say is the lady was nice.

One of the nicest KOAs. Extremely dog friendly. Great sites... 2 tables, concrete pad, nice lawn chairs and fire pit. Big trees.

My son and I made reservations for a camp site, so we could take our SUV and mountain bikes off-roading, after getting vaccinated. We used a tent site that had power, so my soon could use the camp WiFi to do his school work online during our vacation. Staff was friendly, showers were warm, trash cans were accessible, camp store had everything we needed, and restaurants were walking distance.

The stay and the new spaces are great. The problem I have is that your wifi was virtually non-existent. And I would suggest more antennas back in the new section.

Basic cabin no extras. Cabin was clean and beds were fine. It was nice to have an area to wash up dishes. Restroom for men needed attention. Lacking update. Ladies was fine.

Nice park. Just a little dusty. Trees are newly planted, so not much shade.

We were surprised by how nice our stay was. We were lucky to get a large spot with trees, this made our stay very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly!

good rv park to stay at. Could have more grassy areas.

Saved on battery usage thanks to the Motel 6 sign shining over the tent area. If providing a quality tent camping area is just an afterthought, at least give a price break.

We were in the new site portion of the park. We were wanted that the WiFi might not connect there because the hotspots had not been installed yet. No area lighting. We were in a 'buddy' space and I think it was misnamed because I don't think it was meant for two complete vehicles. We had friends stay there the night before us and they were pleased. Overall, we were too.

The campground is very clean and the sites are spacious. We did not use the showers or the laundry but the bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The campground is within walking distance to a fabulous hotel and a very interesting museum. We will be back!

We were not able to access the WiFi. The office said our row was too far away and they also said Apple devices did nor work well. Totally unacceptable. Also, we reserved a 50 Amp site and we were directed to a 30 Amp site. We were able to change once I notified the office. The clerk wanted to know why we wanted 50 Amp since we only have a 27’ trailer. (We have two AC units).

Friendly, great space no. 7. Less than an hour to three great parks. Arches, Conyonland and Dead Horse Point. Don't overlook dead horse as a state park. One particular viewpoint is better than Canyonlands.

We were here for just one night, but the accommodations were perfect. Great campsites, great bathrooms! No complaints!

Very clean, friendly staff. Only complaint was all the gravel on the roads. Everywhere. My old dog has arthritis in his paws and had a hard time walking around. Also, I had a bicycle that I couldn't ride due to all the loose gravel.

Great location to visit National Parks and other adventures. Facilities were a little spread out (dog park, only 1 bathroom/shower) and it was quite a bit more expensive than other KOAs we've stayed at. The restaurant next door was really great. The pool was still closed for the season which was a bummer. Overall good stay just a little pricey for what you get.

Update: We always stay here on our annual trip to the west coast. Have never had a bad experience. They added more spaces, and it's made the park even nicer. Just a quick one night stay, but liked the place. Requested a back in space instead because there were large, shade trees there in the 102 degree day. Probably the largest space we've ever parked in. Decent grassy area out our door. The pull throughs didn't have the grass, so it was another reason to request a back in. Large pool for a KOA, 8 foot deep, took a quick swim. Didn't go into the bathrooms, or laundry room, so I can't comment as to those. Amazing WiFi for an RV park. Granted there weren't many people there, but it was a nice change. Would most definitely stay again passing through. EDIT: Did stay here again while passing through. A great, little oasis in the Utah desert. Went into the bathroom/shower area this time, and it was clean, and very usable.
