Noticeable improvements at campground. We stayed in cabin on hot day and they had AC on ahead and our stay was very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly, the pool is great, the cabin was pretty clean inside and the little fridge was awesome. BUT we made sure cabins had fire pits/grills for smores according to website. Turned out no grills or pits. UPDATE WEBSITE. We would have got a hotel instead. A/C didn’t cool off enough AT ALL. Door doesn’t close/seal enough so air escapes/bugs enter. Door covered in spired web

For as much as they charge you'd think the cabin would have more amenities. There was also a pee stain on the mattress in the cabin.

The cabin smelled of cleaner the entire time we were there. The campground smelled of sewage most afternoons and evenings. There is not a second bathroom. 3 showers per sex is ridiculous for the number of tent/cabin and non full hook up sites. We showed up on day with 100 degree heat to a very hot cabin- with no A/C on- just a fan blowing. It took 24 hours to cool down and the filter was old.

We stayed one night between our road trip legs. Unfortunately, it was a very poor experience. The room smelled poorly, it was packed (cabin next to two RV dump drains. The bathroom was worse than port-o-potty’s I’ve used. It was exceptional in its absolute disgust. I hate to rate a KOA like this, but I am being frank and honest.

We arrived just after the office closed, but our map and instructions were easy to find, thanks! It was really windy that night but the Kabin we stayed in was quiet, warm, and nice. We left early the next morning for our adventures and didn't take the time to look around at the campground amenities. My receipt was processed and emailed to me promptly. I'd stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Basic cabin no extras. Cabin was clean and beds were fine. It was nice to have an area to wash up dishes. Restroom for men needed attention. Lacking update. Ladies was fine.

Very clean, friendly staff. Only complaint was all the gravel on the roads. Everywhere. My old dog has arthritis in his paws and had a hard time walking around. Also, I had a bicycle that I couldn't ride due to all the loose gravel.

Great stay at Green River KOA! It was located close to all our activities, facilities were clean and well maintained. Kabin was comfortable and AC worked great. We'll be back!

We stayed in a cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was that we had tent campers within 10 feet of our cabin which seemed a little too close. The restrooms were clean and suggestions for sightseeing that we were given from the women who checked us in were spot on. Our reservations were accurate and check in and out was a breeze.

The cabin was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, people followed social distancing and wore masks. The only reason i didn't give it a five was the distance from our cabin to the rest room (small child).

The KOA at Green River provided an excellent place to rest and enjoy the beauties of nature, especially the beautiful night sky! Having the light on in the cabin when we arrived after sundown made us feel so welcome. Thank you!

The staff are the best! Grounds are super clean. I'm not a camper so the cabins are perfect for my "roughing it" comfort level... I'll be back!

Great location and the manager was very professional; I felt like the campground was clean and appreciated that the manager made a no-contact check-in and check-out. Also, we loved the KOA doggo Willy.

The cabin floors were filthy, the mattress on the double seems pretty old with cracks and it sags. All other KOA's I have stayed at charges $5 for a dog, to my surprise I was charged $17+ for the dog. Cleaners that were cleaning restrooms were not wearing masks. The one positive is that the heater in the cabin worked great! Unfortunately, I won't be staying at this KOA again. Too many better ones.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay. However, there were a lot of dog poop around the cabin. We also have a small pet, but seeing other dogs poop wasn't a pleasant experience. Bathroom was very clean. Because of the weather, they had to shut down the water at each site, which was a bit difficult.

Update: We always stay here on our annual trip to the west coast. Have never had a bad experience. They added more spaces, and it's made the park even nicer. Just a quick one night stay, but liked the place. Requested a back in space instead because there were large, shade trees there in the 102 degree day. Probably the largest space we've ever parked in. Decent grassy area out our door. The pull throughs didn't have the grass, so it was another reason to request a back in. Large pool for a KOA, 8 foot deep, took a quick swim. Didn't go into the bathrooms, or laundry room, so I can't comment as to those. Amazing WiFi for an RV park. Granted there weren't many people there, but it was a nice change. Would most definitely stay again passing through. EDIT: Did stay here again while passing through. A great, little oasis in the Utah desert. Went into the bathroom/shower area this time, and it was clean, and very usable.
