Way too close to one another especially when you should social distances at this time.

Absolutely loved it! Staff was great, spaces were very large and grassy! Beautiful setting! The plus...the burrows, goats, ponies and Norm, the bull. Our dog was in heaven with all the amazing animals to see! We plan to come back for a longer visit next time!!!

I was glad you were able to make last minute accommodations for me. I enjoyed the atmosphere however the tent sites were very close and shared picnic tables but mine was close to the restroom which is a big plus!

Me and my wife had a terrific time. The place is beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful. We loved the donkey!!

Very flat and nice grassy tent sites! Firewood onsite and portable fire rings were a nice touch! Not sure about all the goats and donkeys running around! Two goats got into the women's restroom and was eating the toilet paper right off the roll. Lol! Would recommend replacing the toilets to something more modern "comfort height and elongated". Home Depot for $97 each, Glacier Bay is the brand.

Excellent mgt, Park is very well cared for. Our site was large and on a GREEN LUSH lawn. Good water and excellent presure

The stay was excellent. If I have a single comment, when you cut there fire wood, cut to smaller pieces for burning. Not everyone has axes and wedges etc.... would move you from a 9 to a 10.

This is a nice KOA with good staff. However, the sites for smaller trailers are very tight, can share picnic tables, and are adjacent to the crowded tent sites. I had a camper 8’ off my back bumper; another 8’ off the front corner, and a tent a few feet from the side. The site had lots of through foot traffic within feet of my unit. Next time I’ll fib about my units size to get a decent site

The property was great. My kids (ages 9 and 11) loved the goats, donkeys, pigs, sheep, steer and mini horses. The campground was maintained well and everything was clean. We'll definitely be back.

Great location, internet was bad and wild animals (goats, donkies) eat your plants but other than that it was good.

Cool features with goats and donkeys and grass lots but proximity to airport is not for me. Additionally, I took a shower at 6pm and the showers were filthy, gobs of hair, mold in the corners, plus the ceiling torn out, one light fixture over the sink is broken. Not a typical KOA appearance.

Beautiful location with all grass sites. Animals around the campground are so cute. Can’t wait to go back with my grandkids.

It was nice. A little crowded. We had a problem with the guy in the camp next to us. He got really drunk, and was smoking marijuana in front of my kid and wouldn't leave us alone until we got mean and threatened calling the police on him. The office was closed at the time.. Otherwise it was nice.

Older facilities. Campsites cramped together/no privacy. Adjacent to airport with private jets, regional air, & helicopters. Not dog friendly - no disposal stations, no mats allowed by RV and barnyard animals that free roam the campsite-fun for children but not for campers who try to respectfully keep their dogs quiet. Plus the animals, ponds & abundant grass draw in a lot of flies and mosquitoes.

Nice park. The only downside was a fly problem, probably because of all your animals wandering around. You also seem to be having a Wifi problem, didn't work sometimes and your staff didn't help at all!

We stayed 6 nights and was a great location for us to head out and do some activities with other friends that also stayed here. The animals wandering around were great, and appreciate how clean you keep it all. My wife posted pictures of our site and activities on social media and sounds like others will be visiting your campground following her recommendations.

Wonderful and clean campground. Nice size sites so you are not on your neighbors trailer. Plenty of room to spread out.

Was nice site & love the tenting area. I’d have rate 5 stars but was mad that the sprinklers were left On all night during a drought. Pretty disrespectful

The staff person was friendly, the restrooms clean, the donkeys and goats were a fun addition. Showers were hot, but one of the three showers in the ladies restroom was out of order. We stayed in an A-frame cabin, which was what was advertised, but it was located on the edge of a pond-turned swamp. This made the mosquitoes a huge problem, spoiling our visit.

Everything about this KOA is spectacular from the moment you step into the office, throughout your stay (Donkey's! Goats!) and up to checkout. We'll be back for sure!

This place is awesome! The staff is congenial and helpful, and the animals are fun to have around. It's a great location close to tons of recreation. Didn't use the restroom this time, but from past experience, they are clean.

Overall, we had the most wonderful time! It was super clean, we felt very safe despite CoVid as appropriate safety measures were properly in place. My little girls especially loved the donkeys and goats. Such a fun addition to the campground.

The grassy areas were nice but filled with mosquitoes; very little shade. Overall it’s seems well maintained. It served my need for one night in route to another longer stay.

I love KOAs, but this one was exceptional - not gonna lie, mainly because there's a petting zoo, and our site was directly across from the lovely and soft donkeys :) But seriously, great location, clean, quiet. A gem!

Unique with the donkeys and goats walking around, but the super nice and even dog friendly… they stay to the perimeter, not in your site. Very friendly staff, big sites, very little airplane noise, not an issue.. two thumbs up!!

This place is just amazing!! Beautiful central location to see the sites in this area of Colorado. Great park with decent spacing between sites, grass (not dirt lot). The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. We've stayed here 2x and never disappointed.
