Very nice park! Clean and well kept. Good location. Enjoyed the park's animals. Park's Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again!

Arrived after office closed and site #19 was covered in branches and leaves. Could not even make out the pad on which to park in the dark. Gave up and moved to #18. Pads are unfortunately dirt/gravel and roadway in park is dusty dirt with hardly any gravel. One of the most underwhelming KOA's in recent years.

Courteous, conscientious and chill staff. Owners have invested a lot in their wifi with towers throughout. The roaming animals were a nice surprise as was the enclosed dog area.

Loved the falling leaves and spacious site. The roaming Donkeys and goats and pig were unique and my wife loved feeding the Donkeys.

Best thing - The WIFI at this park is out of this world! My husband and I loved the "on-the-farm" feel and the staff was simply incredible. The bathrooms were spotless and the sites were lovely. 10/10 would stay again.

We have stayed several times. It is obvious they are taking care of the grass, which we love! Let’s of grass! The new WIFI is fantastic! Last, it’s time to bring in new gravel for sites and roads. We WILL be back….

Nicely maintained campground with superb internet on the campground. It is the perfect spot to explorer the surrounding area and work from the run. The investment in the fast internet connection at the campground makes a big difference when you work remotely from there.

The laundry facility was nice. Staff seemed more worried about watering their grass than helping people. Drove over from Montrose the day before our stay to see if our rig would fit (it would) & made a reservation. Tried to check in early & were told no because they were watering (ok), so we drove back over to Curecanti Area & ate lunch by the side of the road. Water soaked campsite!

One of our favorite campgrounds!. Always friendly people, and clean grounds. Love the pot belly pig addition! We will definitely return to this campground.

We really enjoyed the relaxing setting. The animals were fun to see, especially the burros and the big hogs. We had stayed there in the past and will make plans to return in 2022.

Loved our stay here! Beautiful property, friendly and helpful staff, great location. Bonuses are the donkeys, goats, and a pot-bellied pig named Wilbur! Can't wait to go back.

We have traveled many campgrounds over the 20 years we have motorhome. This is by far in the top five. The staff is universally wonderful the place is clean. Very generous sites. The owner Dave is Wonderful! His staff really cares and it is clear that most of them been there a long time. The campground is just on the edge of Gunnison, so it is easy to access the town. Thanks Dave!

The front staff was very friendly and accomodating. They were able to give us our same spot we had in June and that was great!!! Love the grass and the layout of the park. Great spacing between spots..not too close.

We were parked in an all grass area & were unable to put out a mat on the grass. As it rained while there that meant leaves & grass made it inside our rv. That also meant that we had to walk across wet grass & mud to get to the facilities & garbage. Other spaces that were not on the grass would have been much nicer.

Love the animals! They are very well cared fir, and the staff is great with them. The owner goes out if his way to speak to guests, and really made us feel right at home. This is our third stay at this KOA, and we will return again.

Great KOA. Very clean and well kept grounds. The donkeys and goats were a huge hit and my daughter loved feeding and petting them. Great staff that were extremely friendly.

Family friendly! The animals get lots of attention...the pig should shed some weight so it can walk. Friendly staff making good effort to green up (grass) the location and make other improvements. Be nice to see a rendering of eventual finished work?? Although its location is across the road from the airport, plane sounds were not late or extra early so we barely noticed the runway.

I love KOAs, but this one was exceptional - not gonna lie, mainly because there's a petting zoo, and our site was directly across from the lovely and soft donkeys :) But seriously, great location, clean, quiet. A gem!

Unique with the donkeys and goats walking around, but the super nice and even dog friendly… they stay to the perimeter, not in your site. Very friendly staff, big sites, very little airplane noise, not an issue.. two thumbs up!!

This place is just amazing!! Beautiful central location to see the sites in this area of Colorado. Great park with decent spacing between sites, grass (not dirt lot). The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. We've stayed here 2x and never disappointed.
